➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit, including the shared pool and laundry. Please, make yourself at home.



➤ Washer and dryer is a communal amenity for $2.00 for each machine.



➤ Free parking is available for 1 vehicle (Please note: Visitor parking is not available for short-term rental guests).

Nestled in Fort Lauderdale's desirable Sunrise Intracoastal neighborhood, you'll be staying in one of the area's most sought-after communities. Known for its relaxed coastal atmosphere, the neighborhood offers an excellent mix of convenience, recreation, and local charm.



You'll find plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks just moments away, making it easy to grab a bite, enjoy a morning coffee, or unwind outdoors. Whether you're looking for casual dining, waterfront views, or vibrant nightlife, there's something nearby for everyone.



The area also offers quick access to Fort Lauderdale Beach, The Galleria, Las Olas Boulevard, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, and other popular attractions, making it an ideal home base for enjoying everything Fort Lauderdale has to offer.



Getting Around:

➜ Fort Lauderdale Beach is approximately a 5-minute drive away.



➜ Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, I cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, I cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.



➤ I have a doorbell camera at the front door of the property for our guests' and the property's safety purposes. This camera is actively recording images, and the building has cameras in the hallways and on the exterior for added security.



➤ The shared laundry facilities in the laundry room are located by the elevator on the 3rd floor.



➤The POOL RULES here at Colonial Manor West are "No One is Allowed in the pool or pool deck from Dawn to Dusk.
