Al meerdere jaren komen we hier en was 2 jaar geleden echt een stuk minder. De kamers zijn gerenoveerd en hebben nu een klein koelkastje wat weer terug is gekomen. Heel fijn om toch na een dagje strand wat te drinken in je hotel kamer. Wij komen zeker terug! Het is een prachtige locatie, aan het strand met heerlijk zwembad, fijn personeel.

As from our honeymoon 27 years ago the hotel is our favorite. We spend approx 20 times in this hotel and was always friendly and we enjoyed. Always our preferences for the rooms where granted or nearby. Last year my wife and daughter stayed there after Corona and she noticed already a huge difference. This year we went back with the whole family and requested two rooms at least on the same floor. Unfortunately one room was at the sixt floor at the left and the other on the 7th at the right. The balcony was very small on the 7th without kitchenette and the other very big with kitchenette. We requested a different room and we were moved to the fifth as no more rooms available on 6th. When we moved there we did smell mold /humidity. We switched off the airco and hopefully it went away. Unfortunately not and we went next morning to mention this and request a new room. The manager went with us and she was so kind to change the room to the 6th floor. So that was very positive. The majority of employees we met like the reception, the man at the pool for the towels , cleaning ladies need definitely a hospitality training. The way they act and do looks like they either not enjoy their work. We had not a welcome feeling at all. In all these years we could just park in front of the hotel but now it is valet parking to be able to park there. Without valet parking you can park across the road. Also we had a discussion about an additional 30dollars extra night per room. Which is corrected.

Mooi hotel, rustige omgeving. Voorgaande jaren hier ook geweest maar misten echt een koelkast. Zelf eten/drinken meenemen naar het zwembad was niet toegestaan. Voorgaande jaren wel. Geen barman, handdoeken dienen bij de receptie gehaald te worden. Wel een aantal minpunten.

Overall our stay was beyond amazing and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and property was extremely clean. Few miner issues with updates and wear and tear but very beautiful place to stay and very quiet and low key. We will be back!!

stay was great! you barely needed to leave the hotel- there is a coffee shop with small bites plus sit down breakfast lunch and dinner served daily at the restaurant by the beach. tons of beach chairs with umbrellas that are included with your stay plus two swimming pools. food at the restaurant was great and the bar had good cocktails and a fire pit to sit by. the room was very clean plus daily room service. all staff members were extremely friendly. i highly recommended staying here. i know i will be returning.

Very content with this stay. Housekeeping does an amazing job keeping the room clean. Everyone is helpful. You can get as many towels as youd like for the beach/pool. Ice water is provided at the beach and pool. Checked in after 11 pm and had no issues! Would stay again. This is our second trip here.

Room was partially remodeled, however, the bathroom and kitchen area were old, rusty and filthy. I had no hot water and to top it off, the rusted faucet handle fell off!! Management was NOT accommodating and I would never stay here again!! The pool area was nice. The hotel had a strange unpleasant smell, too!

The property and the surrounding area are really nice very peaceful as well. The room (especially the floor it always felt grimey) could’ve been a bit cleaner along with the balcony. Other than that very nice I would stay again

Online photos of property were deceiving. Rooms were very dingy. Resort advertised full beach service. In the three days we were there we saw the bartender come out to the beach twice & we could not get his attention. Two of the days we did not see anyone come out at all. Most of the staff was courteous, but on Sunday, there were several rude, disinterested staff members in the hosting area of the restaurant.

Nicely updated property while keeping the old Florida charm. Lovely wide beachfront with attendant to set up your chairs and umbrella. Beachfront restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, with live music. Good menu options and cocktails. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable. Would stay again.

Staff is very friendly, rooms are big, great access to the beach, food at restaurant was fresh and tasty, Toilet needs renovation, AC makes loud noise, Elevator “ding” echoes across the corridor, after the first night requested a change of room and was offered the presidential suite for $300 more.

When I booked with Expedia, the fine print clearly said that all resort fees were included in the price, and that I would not be charged by the 'resort' for anything other than my incidentals. Well, WRONG! I was charged an extra $45 per night by the hotel for meager accommodations. Manager was inflexible even when I showed him my booking. He said "take it up with Expedia". Anyway, this property isn't worth an extra $45 per night PLUS $20 a night for parking. There are much nicer properties in Lauderdale by the Sea for this ridiculous price. This place needs some upgrading too. Don't waste your time/money.

The hotel is located right on the beach with a beautiful covered dining area next to it exactly as it is pictured on the website. You can sit out on the hotel lounge chairs and enjoy the beach, order a drink or lunch that will be delivered to you by one of the friendly staff. It is very relaxing! The resort fee is $20 per day plus tax. Our bedroom had a partial ocean view with a balcony which we enjoyed. The overall room decor is nice with a drift wood theme everywhere. This room seems to have been redone however, there was a persistent unpleasant musty odor. I was extremely disappointed with the bathroom. It had an old bathtub and granite that looked dirty and a miniature toilet, old fixtures and sink. These bathrooms must be renovated because they are out of sinc with the overall upscale look of the property. I would ask about the bathroom if you are thinking about staying there a few nights.

Parking $18 a day, resort fee $40, and three other taxes. A/C incredibly noisy, room noisy,housekeeping started before 9, very noisy.. Pool yard and beach dirty. Good drinks VERY expensive. Do not come to this resort….
