This perfectly located ground level STUDIO unit sleeps 2 people. It comes fully furnished with 1 queen bed, kitchen, air conditioned, walk-in shower, flat screen tv, free wifi, pool and 1 parking spot.
Want to escape-
We have designed each unit to feel like home and ONLY a 5 minute walk to the beach. They come complete w/kitchen, seating area, king beds, flat screen TVs, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Shared areas are laundry room, bbq and pool.
The space
All of our kitchens come complete with silverware, glassware, drip coffeemaker, baking sheets, pots, pans, cooking utensils, sugar, salt, pepper, broom, dust pan, dish soap and sponges. All you need to do is supply your own groceries.

Each unit is professionally sanitized and cleaned by Nice & Clean Housecleaning Services. We follow CDC, Broward County and Florida States “Enhanced Cleaning/Sanitization” protocols.

Unassigned parking available for 1 vehicle and street parking is available on first-come, first-serve basis.
We are in-between the inter-costal waterway and the Atlantic Ocean on an inlet island…
Because of our location TLC needs to be utilized when flushing or throwing anything down the drains. Part of our local flair are such animals like sugar ants, millipedes, and iguanas. While they pose no danger to humans they can at times be a minor inconvenience.
