Resort Fee: $40 +( 13% taxes) a total of $45.20 per day.

Registration fee or (Package fee) is: $56.50 (One-time Charge)

Parking meter around the premise or Valet parking: $42 plus tax (per night)

Security Deposit from the hotel: $100 (this is automatically returned to the guest after check-out).

Hotel Policy: They are given a set of towels every 5 days during a reservation. There is no replacement before the given dates.

Pets are not allowed in the unit.

It is a new room fully equipped, with all the comforts. Ideal for couples who want to relax, be close to the beach, restaurants, and shops.
We provide an extra inflatable mattress for 3rd guest and crib if requested.

Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.

At the front desk in the lobby, building personnel will give you the keys and if you need additional towels, feel free to request them at the front desk.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost.
