They changed or reservation, type of room. Tried to blame me for the error and didn't offer any solution. The only person that could have helped us was the manager who wasn't there until the next day. The people at the frint desk where inderstanding but they had no solution besides listening to me.

The front counter clerk Brittany was very customer friendly and ensured that all amenities needed were in our room. She also helped with us working the washers and I would highly recommend this place to any family traveling on vacation.

The hotel looks good in pictures but when you arrive, it's horrible from the time you check in to the arrival to the room. The front desk seemed not to know anything about the area. The sofa bed was sunk right in the middle. The room was supposedly smoke free and it smelled like someone had just smoked. The showers looked dirty. Did not feel safe for my family. I would not recommend this hotel.

Ummmm… Just no. It is overpriced, run down and not to mention the cockroach that tried to hitch a ride back to MN. It has no cozy, welcoming, vibe and did I mention the cockroach that was on my suitcase?! EWW!! $300 some dollars for 2 nights. That’s what I get for wanting to go with an inexpensive place closer to the airport. I can see where it’s a place of refuge for some but for people who can afford to stay elsewhere, do it.

What a dump!
What a dump! The entire facility needs a massive overhaul...price of $150 per night is inexcusable; should be about $19 per night. Carpets are filthy, 4 years beyond normal replacement...hot water was variable, running from cold to tepid on the same setting, shower could not be turned off, dripped all night...very thin towels...heater setting on aircon did not work, just blew air...limited channel selection on TV...there was no one at the front desk to report these shortfalls to...did not sample the breakfast...Extended Stay Corporate should be embarrassed...the building should be closed for six months and refurbished--then, they can charge $150.

Property in disrepair and needs to be gutted and start from new. We witnessed 2 roaches. Stove is insightful and rusted; cannot be used. Floors are filthy. The first room we were given smelled awful and we were given another room which was not much better. We have pictures of stove, vanity, roaches. Can’t get hot water in shower. Would come on like warm and then turn cold. It was an awful experience and definitely not worth the money.

I don't know what i was thinking booking a hotel at the last minute but hey things happens. This was the worst decision I've made on a hotel in the U.S. I was in the hotel for a total of 11 minutes. When I entered the room the floor was ditry, the couch cushions were on the floor and the room smelled like a wet dog. The bed had hair on it and the bathroom had hair all over the sink and the floor. I stood there for a about two minutes in disbelief and took another 30 seconds telling myself that it's 12:30 and its just one night. I just could not do it. I when back down stairs showed them pictures and demanded my money back, expedia was able to refund it. Take my warning do not stay at this hotel you will regret it!

Kids constantly screaming and playing at all hours , loud music playing at 3am-4am. Charge 11$ check in early fee(that’s perfectly fine) , but then charged me 60$ to leave a Day early even though i paid for my reservation in full. I told them i left so if they need to use or clean the room early they could .
