The pool was closed at 8pm. The breakfast Monday-Friday was until 9am. The lamps in our room were dirty and the pillows smelled not cleaned. The room was big but it was vey dark the lightbulbs were very low on the lighting. Overall is okay the hotel wouldn’t stay again.

Great night sleep - sheets were so soft. Hot water took a minute in the shower but it was there. We walked to movies and dinner. Morning shuttle was a little messy - we signed our name on the sheet the front desk said to sign but they wasn’t the list the driver had in the morning. We were able to squeeze in so all was good.

Nice pool area with outdoor lounging areas. Firetable with seating is a nice touch to relax by. Breakfast was acceptable. I did buy an ice cream treat from the front desk. It tasted old. Don’t recommend that.

Check in was very disappointing. I arrived early and understood that my room was not ready. Front desk staff took my number and said they would call when available. After several hours and two times checking in, I went to the desk around 4pm and was told “sure, your room is ready” - I was sitting in lobby in plain view, all afternoon. I know it’s a very busy time of year, but I was left in lobby much longer than necessary.

We have stayed at several Home2Suites and this one was outdated and could definately use some updating. The pool looked inviting but was very cold. We did enjoy the size of the rooms and full kitchen. The breakfast was mediocre but we enjoyed the waffle making machine they provided for guests to make their own.

Loved the size of the rooms they’re huge! I would’ve appreciated having more notice that it’s a dog friendly property. I was very shocked when the elevator opened and a pit bull was barking and lunging towards my son and I. Other than that absolutely loved it.
