The room that I purchased the toilet lid was loose meaning it sways from side to side when sitting due to missing screw. Lamp across from the bathroom light bulb was blinking on and off when turned on. Bathroom floor smelled liked urine is still on the floor or maybe it's in the tile from long sitting on the floor because there is no way a room for the next occupancy should smell like urine.

I had bug problems, hopefully they fumigate the entire hotel. The staff were very friendly, understanding and accommodating. For me the location was perfect but I doubt I’ll stay there again.

Good grief! I entered the lobby to check in and the woman at the front desk told me she would be right back - then she walked away!!! She did what she needed to do, and then came back after three - five minutes or so. You might say, "well, it was only a few minutes", but my question is, "why the hell did she walk away from me when I was checking in?" That's ridiculous! Some customer service training is needed at the front desk. The fire alarm went off the next day sometime around 6am. It appeared as though the smoke was coming from the breakfast area, so perhaps someones waffle or bagel was burning. It was an inconvenience, since I had to move my 92-year-old mother the following day and sleeping soundly was imperative. One of the lights was out in the room. You could see the hole in the wall where multiple attempts had been made to affix the toilet paper roll holder into the wall. The holder came off while I was there. It sounded like toilets were flushing and showers were being turned on and off all night long. I finally realized that it was the toilet in the room that was running all night. Water wasn't pooling in the bowl, but the toilet was running all night. Flappers don't cost that much, BTW. I liked the size of the room since I had plenty of room to stretch out.

This property needs to be updated. I think they may be in the process but there were significant issues for us. The room had a musty odor upon arrival. This we find typical of FL hotel properties that have carpet in the rooms. The bathroom had water all over the floor and the wall seemed to be stained with either excrement or vomit. The free breakfast area was typically a mess with food particles all over, cold items (like scrambled eggs) and the hot water from the machine was ice cold. The staff was sometimes nice and said hello and others grumbled as they passed. On the whole, the coffee was generally good.

The price is too high for this hotel. My room was not clean (there were empty bottles and trash from other people still under the sofa, dirt in the corners of the room, the linen smelled like old food, the walls of the bathroom were dirty). Also, the bed was completely worn out. The carpet in the hallways was disgusting and full of stains, there was garbage in the stairwell. I do not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again.

I paid around 200 dollars a night for the hotel and it was giving 100 dollars a night in terms of cleanliness. The staff was nice and friendly but it was dark damp and needs to be cleaned/ revamped. We dealt with it because we were only staying for one night but if we were staying for multiple nights this hotel isn’t one I would recommend.

Was scheduled to stay two nights. First room had leftover needles from previous tenant. Odor was awful. Room was filthy. Door was not secure due to door being broken into multiple times. Asked to move to different room. Not much better. Used a chair to block door for safety. Checked out first thing next morning and went to another hotel.

Everything was wonderful. Except the noise level next-door. I didn’t wanna complain but the dog park for a little bit and then there was a lot of loud talking and then the gentleman was making some weird noises. I don’t know if it was a breathing issue until about 11 PM when I think he fell asleep. It was just a little bit of on and off stuff, and I certainly didn’t wanna move. I was very comfortable.

Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
One of the worst hotels I been too. I had to wait an extra 2 hours to check in because the front desk told me the cleaning people didn't clean the room but labeled the rooms of being cleaned. The bathroom was dirty and had dead roaches on the wall and had roaches crawling on my bed. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in and wish I could get my money back

Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. We want you to feel comfortable sharing good or bad news with us. I’m so sorry that your visit with us fell short of expectations. Our property is under new management and owners. We are actively working on upgrading our property including upgrading breakfast, re-training all staff and items in rooms such as larger Televisions. We have already started making changes and will be making more over the next months. We hope to have you as a guest again to witness these differences.
