Palms 1 - entire house minutes away from beaches

Palms 1 is a cozy, welcoming entire home located in Dania Beach, oldest town in South Florida. Minutes away from beaches, restaurants in downtown Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale and a short drive to Miami. Very bright and spacious, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it offers a lot of space and a great ambiance to enjoy your vacation. Cable, internet and secure WiFi are included. Palms 1 is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to cleaning protocol after each guest
The space
The master bedroom has its own private, fully updated bath. The living room is large and bright and hosts an over-sized TV . The kitchen is fully remodeled and provides you with all amenities to feel at home, should you wish to cook. It includes a dining area, with a beautiful round table for at least 4 people. You also have an outside private dining area (located on the side of the kitchen and with direct access from the kitchen) equipped with a gas grill.
A fully equipped (with a washer and dryer) laundry room is available day and night and is in the landing behind the House.
PLEASE NOTE Palms 1 is a private separate home but part of a shared property. There is another house in the back (Palms 2) that has its own private entrance, parking and outside areas. Palms 2 is occupied by long term tenants.
PLEASE NOTE We protect our property with a security system that uses 2 exterior cameras (no interior cameras). One camera is at the front door and the other is at the patio in the east facing side yard. We fully respect your privacy and trust you will be a responsible guest.
Guest access
The main entry has a key pad lock. You will be provided with the code before arrival and will let yourself in. Should you wish so, I will be happy to meet you upon arrival and introduce you to the house and the amenities. Otherwise, please feel free to contact me if there is something you cannot find.
