Great stay!
Enjoyed our stay for my bachelorette party! There was 11 of us and we each had our own bed. Backyard was very nice and inside of house was perfect. Location was alright, but we were a bit nervous to walk anywhere, so we rented a car. Overall, very happy with our experience!

JUNE STAY
There is a strip club directly in front of the rental. Also, we were a bit worried as there was a vehicle parked next to us (for next door) that had all the windows blacked out with foil & the vehicle was running all hours day and night w/ people lnside it. AC units in rooms were dirty with black stuff in the vents were the air came out. Not many kitchen supplies to cook for 8 ppl. One cooler was broken and the other was moldy. However, pool was amazing, beds were comfortable, communication would've been great if my phone service was working as it should have been. Management reached out a couple times during our stay.

Great Girlfriends Getaway!
This property is in a great location... close to many restaurants, stores, bars and the beach. The house was a perfect set up for a group of friends with having 2 beds in all four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Very spacious. Nice pool in the back with great seating area. Had an issue with pool level being a little low but they came to fill it once I contacted them. They were quick to respond whenever I reached out about something. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a bigger group!

Paradise in fort lauderdale.
Very nice place and owner was easy to deal with. I wasnt comfortable lighting fire since we didnt know city rules. Would definately rent from andrew again.

Buyer Beware - Newman Hospitality (Andy Newman)
Where to start… The good, the property met our needs and was in a convenient location. The bad, after booking they wanted to charge us $30/day to heat the pool which is not noted in the listing. Secondly, they gave us the wrong entry code so we waited over 40min in the driveway to get a response with the correct code. The split kitchen is weird and inconvenient, and the recreational amenities were in poor condition. No skimmer for the pool. Not a huge deal but everything just seems to be worn or cheap. The “best” part was they double charged us for our stay, and after advising them of their error it took a few days to get a refund, however due to exchange rates (we’re from Canada) we were $300 short and they told us it’s not their problem. When we asked to speak with management they ghosted us! Amazing… their error, unauthorized charge to my credit card cost me $300!! Thank you Newman Hospitality, you are very unprofessional and everyone should be aware of your tactics. Good luck

There is a lot to say about this review. Stephan admits to not reading our house rules as the pool heating fee is stated and was upset even before he arrived. It's important to mention that VRBO is in charge of the payments. While we tried to explain this to Stephan, he did not believe us and wouldn't reach out to VRBO for his refund. The door code being inaccurate and waiting "40 minutes" is an exaggeration. Due to a user error, he had to wait 5 minutes for us to review and check the system where all was found to be working normally. This review is retaliatory and I hope future guests read our other stellar reviews to get an accurate view of our home and service.

Great family getaway!😊
We had an amazing time here! Great house in a wonderful location. Close to beach and nice restaurants. This property does not have a dishwasher and it was an inconvenience but all else was great! Pool was perfect!

Great vacation
We had a wonderful time. The weather was great The space was perfect for us we all had our own space/privacy. Sitting out by the pool area was a huge highlight we spent many hours out there and our 6 year old spent alot of time swimming. Location was close to alot of things walking or driving. Good space and house had everything we needed plenty of towels and supplies. Plenty of dishes glasses etc. We were only 4 but could easily have had enough space for more. Everything about it was easy and worth it. Definitely could have stayed longer.
