Relax at this peaceful condo by the beach with a beautiful pool! You will be located 600 steps from the beach where you will find the best view of the lighthouse at the Hillsboro Inlet. The Floranada Condo community offers excellent amenities including sun-decks, dining areas in the garden, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities, and parking for one vehicle (parking pass provided). 21+ to book, registered guests only and no parties.

Tampering with smoke detectors or evidence of smoking will result in immediate eviction without refund and a minimum fine of $250 or the maximum fine allowed by Airbnb.

Not up to par with other stays at the Flornada

This was our fourth time staying at the Flornada. We have always enjoyed the property, the location and our condo. This time was a little different. The air conditioning didn’t work the first two days and when they came to fix it it created a water leak. This affected the kitchen floor and it was always wet. The response times for getting back with us weren’t always the quickest and they didn’t express urgency and really weren’t the most apologetic. The unit could use a good deep clean. There was dust build up and things appeared dirty. Also some basic maintenance could be done (toilet paper holder), towels were extremely thin and only one hand towel and two washcloths were available for our week stay. We still love the location and area and the Flornada, but probably wouldn’t stay in the same unit again.

Location Location Location!

Location is key here. Close to the Pompano Pier. Easy transportation if using The Circuit to get around and avoid finding or paying for parking at venues. Apartment has the basics and has been somewhat updated. Has a nice pool area. We didn’t need fancy since we just needed a place in the area.

L'emplacement est très bien, facilité pour aller à la plage et pour le stationnement. C'est quand même assez tranquille. Les BBQ sont vraiment nul, chauffe pas et en plus ils ne sont pas bien fixé, c'est dangereux. Il y a deux parasols qui sont vraiment à remplacer, n'ouvre pas bien et troués... Le condo était quand même bien mais petit, pour le prix, la propreté, la peinture, plusieurs tuiles cassé sur le plancher, c'est assez basic. Bref, j'ai aimé mon séjour mais c'est dispendieux pour la qualité que j'ai vécu avec ma conjointe. Voilà pour mes commentaires. Merci !

Very nice location but can be very noisy with other kids tenants

We had nice time, close to the beach, little over used inside but clean, nice setup, 2 tv and good internet, owner veryr esponsive when we contacted them. Several families with children running and screaming without being controlled by their parents for weeks was very annoying. Just be aware of that.

Our favorite place we have ever stayed in Pompano beach.

We had a amazing time at our getaway in the perfect place. It was very clean and we loved the pool. Not a kid in sight lol. Also renters are awesome at communicating in a timely fashion. Very short walk to the beach. We are already looking at future dates to stay again.

This was a cute little place to stay. It was quiet and out of the way of the city bustle, but still easily accessibleto the city. The owners were nice and helped with anything I had a question on.
