I booked 5 nights here for over $1,000, and it was one of my worst hotel experiences. The room looked completely different from the photos. The first night I checked in, I found a hairball stuck to the back of the hair dryer, stains in the shower, and stains on the carpet. The whole place smells like mold, is extremely dated (worse than a standard motel), and felt unsafe at night.
On top of that, the elevator was broken when we arrived, so we had to carry our luggage up to the third floor. I didn’t feel comfortable staying here and ended up moving to another hotel nearby even though the hotel refused to refund me.
The only thing good is that the front desk staff are actually quite friendly and helpful, but they can’t do much to help with the problem either.
For women traveling alone: please avoid this place at all costs. The photos and high rating on Expedia are completely misleading
