Huisdiervriendelijke hotels in Fort Lee - Paramus

'I paid for a superior room with king bed with the photo clearly showing a desk and chair. My room did not have any desk or chair. Only 2 of the 4 elevators worked when I checked in, with no apparent effort to fix the others. On my last day, only one elevator worked while hordes of people were waiting on every floor to go down, including many with luggage. We had to ride all the way up to the top on the sole working elevator to make sure we could squeeze in as there was no other way to make it...

'Experience here was the absolute worst. First off, they advertise that they have valet, but upon arrival no valet stand or anyone to receive car. Had to run up multiple floors to find someone, and then it took over an hour to get a bell hop/valet to take my car. Staff lost my keys and argued with me saying I still had them, emptied my whole purse then the valet person realized he had my car keys all along. Lobby smells like sewage/garbage very strange smell. Rooms are so small, no space to even...
