'Lots of things need to be addressed. The mirror in the hall bath was not hung up, broken picture on island, leg of coffee table barely hanging on, hooks on balcony loose, stained pillows on couch. They also came to clean the couch while we were NOT there, no warning and we came back from the beach with a soaked sofa that we couldn’t sit on and our wallets/purses out in the open. '
