'This place was perfect for our trip! I so appreciated the property manager being such a timely communicator. They were also very accommodating and straightforward with instructions. The space is perfect for a family or a couple! And it was very clean. Both beach accesses are a few houses down on either side, and we appreciated the 2 beach chairs and several beach towels being provided! A lovely neighborhood and a lovely property! We will be back.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at Indies 102 and already plan to return to this exact location for our beach trip next year.We were part of a very large group for the week with everyone else being in two adjacent beach houses about a mile away.I chose Indies 102 for two main reasons (especially having two small grandchildren along) and the reasons were first floor access and having a pool.One day we didn’t join our large group at the beach at all, took a “ pool day”, and really enjoyed it!This condo...

'My friends and I rented this place for a week to have a peaceful and restful vacation, and this place delivered! It was right by the beach, secluded, was clean and spacious, and the owners were very communicative. Would love to book this place again next year!'

'Check-in was simple however you have to physically go to the office which is 25 minutes away from the rental to pick up the key. There is a lock box near the front door of the rental that the key could easily be placed in to avoid this inconvenience. I would recommend using the lock box or updating to a keyless digital entry.'

'Nice unit, quit and peaceful. Ground level making it so easy to go and come as you please. If traveling with children would rent a golf cart. The walk to the beach is not bad but a golf cart would make it easier. '

'Indies 101 is a beautiful property!! It’s a corner condo so had many windows in living room & bedroom! Would definitely stay again! I had asked if it had a keurig and was told a drip coffee maker, so I had to bring regular coffee….but when I got there, there was indeed a keurig.'
