Beach Villas # 101 Condo

Prachtig bijgewerkt strand appartement in het Beach Villas complex. Gelegen aan de noordkant van de Fort Myers Beach, bent u op loopafstand van het Time Square gebied (lokale restaurants, entertainment en winkels) en Bowditch Park. Zodra u onze eenheid in te voeren, kunt u genieten van de Golf van Mexico / strand. Kijk prachtige zonsondergangen op je eigen balkon. Onze onlangs bijgewerkt woning heeft tegel in, een bijgewerkte keuken met alle benodigdheden van woningen, waaronder een werkeiland, wasmachine en droger in de eenheid, comfortabele woonkamer en slaapkamer meubels en prachtige decor strand. Er is ook een eettafel voor vier personen. Andere voorzieningen zijn gratis wifi, flatscreen tv's met kabeldiensten, beddengoed en handdoeken. De slaapkamer heeft een king size bed, tv, eigen badkamer met walk in closet en toegang tot Lanai. Geniet van uitzicht op het strand vanuit uw bed of terwijl je klaar. Slaapkamer # 2 heeft twee full size bedden. Er is ook een hal badkamer met bad / douche setup.

The Beach Villas complex ligt op een toplocatie. Het heeft ook een gedeeld verwarmd zwembad en een apart kinderbad. Er zijn ligstoelen rond het zwembad te genieten van de zon. Er is ook een BBQ voor uw gebruik. Onze woning is perfect voor uw volgende Fort Myers Beach vakantie.

Beautiful place

The condo was very nice and the sorrounding area is beautiful. The towns nearby still seem to be in recovery mode from the recent hurricanes. Excellent birding and fishing nearby!

Awesome stay! Came to FMB with family. It’s a bit far to walk to town but the beach trolley, tram, and Tripppin rides (golf cart rides) was awesome. Best spot on the beach, beautiful screen porch, would definitely stay here again.

Right on the beach

Sunsets everyday and no sand or crowded locations. You can watch the pool and hear the fun. Hope that Ft Myers recovers and returns the fun dining locations next time.

Great Beach Getaway!

We lived our week at this beach condo. The location was perfect….right on the beach and just a short walk to Times Square (downtown). The condo was very clean when we arrived and well-appointed with whatever we needed for cooking. Even though it’s a small space, all of it is used very efficiently. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. We would definitely stay again if ever in the Fort Myers area.

We really enjoyed the view, on the beach! Condo well equipped. No HD channels or ability to watch my streaming apps, not good. Park on north end closed. Got take out at the Pink Shell bar next door a few times and was good. Parking good.

Two propane gas grills with cooking utensils at pool. Outside shower to clean off the beach sand. 101 is far away from elevator, a good thing, and overlooks the pool so was able to watch grandkids swimming. Guess if pool is full of kids it could get a little noisy. Overall a great condo.

Beach Villa Ft Myers Florida

The condo was very nice and plenty of room. I was informed of construction going on with replacing the windows after I had booked. We were ok with that since we would be at the pool most of the day we only got one day of pool time and they closed it and blocked off the tables, grills and even the shower area to rinse the sand off. Also the thermostat keep going to 80 degrees and we had to keep turning it down. They told use we could use the Pink Shells pool but they wanted 65 for a day pass, a little much for a day. Would I stay there again? I would have to say No, but I will say the rental company was very helpful and they granted use early access the day we arrived and they did give me a small refund. Which I was not expecting.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at the Beach Villa's building annually for many years. I also have stayed in unit 101 previous to my most recent visit of October/ November 2019. This was the worst I have ever seen the property and specifically unit 101. This unit was just filthy and old. Upon arrival there were dead millepedes throughout the unit and balcony. That wasn't near as bad as the filth throughout the unit. It appeared as though throw rugs and pillows etc had not been cleaned for a long time,. The tile floors were filthy and bed linens and comforters old and and dirty.
