Bijgewerkt en zeer schoon en een van de beste locaties op het eiland! Een vrij residentiΓ«le straat een blok naar het centrum van Fort Myers Beach! Op loopafstand van alles, geen auto nodig om te genieten van alles dat Fort Myers Beach te bieden heeft! Slechts 100 meter naar Matanzas Bay en Moss Marina, waar bootverhuur en ligplaatsen te huur zijn. Zeer dichtbij op loopafstand van ALLES, Strand, Times Square, bars, winkels, restaurants! Geniet van uw achtertuin met uw prachtige zwembad of maak een korte wandeling en ga parasailen, zonnebaden, jetskiΓ«n, vissen vanaf de pier, dolfijnen of vogels kijken, zonsondergang of zonsopgang bekijken of wat u maar wilt, het is uw vakantie! U kunt een fiets of boot huren op slechts 2 blokken afstand en gaan voor ochtendritten direct aan het strand!
Er zijn 2 units beschikbaar op deze locatie (apart verhuurd, als u geΓ―nteresseerd bent in het huren van het hele huis, informeer naar speciale prijzen!) Deze aanbieding is voor de 2e verdieping eenheid, "Bonita Sol", die een ruime open plattegrond met directe toegang tot het zwembad en omheinde achtertuin beschikt. Deze unit is net als de onderste unit volledig gerenoveerd met nieuwe keramische vloertegels en comfortabel ingericht. De keuken heeft nieuwe apparaten en armaturen en wordt geleverd met alles wat u nodig hebt om uw maaltijden thuis of aan het zwembad te bereiden. Elke unit is uitgerust met een druppelkoffiezetapparaat en een Keurig, neem gewoon uw eigen koffie mee. Daar. s eetruimte beschikbaar binnen en buiten. Er zijn genoeg stoelen rond het zwembad waar u en uw familie en vrienden van kunnen genieten! Er is supersnelle wifi (150 Mbps), er is een 32-inch tv in de woonkamer en in elke slaapkamer uitgerust met Direct TV Now, die alle nationale en lokale zenders, HBO, Netflix en Amazon Prime-video biedt. Elke slaapkamer heeft 1 queensize bed en ruimte om uw kleding en spullen op te bergen. Er is een slaapbank in de woonkamer en een dubbele futon in de serre. Je hebt ook je eigen privΓ© wasruimte met gratis gebruik van wasmachine en droger.

Felt like home.

Firstly, the owner was amazing. We had a change of plans and arrived a day earlier than planned, and she rushed to get the house ready for us. The condo was clean and had everything our kids needed. Leah goes out of her way to provide whatever you might need. There were chairs and a wagon to take to the beach which was incredibly helpful. There were beach towels etc. The pool was awesome and clean. We will definitely consider staying again!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

Leah is an incredible host and her place is just as incredible! Prime location walking distance from absolutely anything you could want or need (restaurants, stores, the BEACH!!)The pool is secluded enough for privacy but still gets all the sunshine Leah was attentive and made sure we were able to reach her if we needed anything at all. Over all we had an amazing stay and look forward to coming back.

This is the 2nd time that we have booked this location. Easy walk to Old San Carlos and Beach or Back Bay. The Pool area is wonderful, clean and well maintained. We love the sun porch on the upper unit.

Excellent location and wonderful pool

Amazing location, walk to everywhere by town square, and back bay. The back yard was everything that we hoped for. I especially liked the room overlooking the pool area and could see to old San Carlos Blvd.

Girl’s time

3 generations-Amma, daughter and 5 yo granddaughter for lil long wknd get away. Perfect location to be able to walk to restaurants, beach, etc. Used Uber for airport transfers & Walmart delivery for a few groceries. Check in/out was perfect and Leah was very helpful, kind, and gracious. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation

Leah, the owner was wonderful to work with before and during our stay. The property is well kept, and the heated pool is clean and the outdoor area is clean and spacious! Leah is a great hostess and property owner. Check in was great and the communication between Leah and us was fantastic. This beach house is in a great location, as you can walk to the beach and many outstanding restaurants. We look forward to coming back each year.

Wonderful Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It's convenient to everything and anything you can imagine. The pool was divine! It's a short walk to the beach. The apartment was very clean! The mattresses weren't the greatest, but certainly doable. If you're doing your own cooking, the kitchen has the basic things for simple meals. We grilled on the BBQ on the deck a couple of nights. I wouldn't hesitate to book again! Thank you Leah for a truly relaxing vacation! β™₯

We loved this property! My family and I stayed for a week and it was truly home away from home. It was very clean, had a great pool, and had everything you would need for the beach (beach wagon, chairs, beach towels, toys, beach mat, coolers, umbrella). Not only that, but the location was amazing! It was a quick walk to tons of great restaurants, town square, and the beach. Leah was responsive and extremely easy to work with! We will definitely book here again!

This property is perfect!

We loved our stay. Location is great for a short walk (1/4 mile) to the beach or Times Square or restaurants. We brought our bikes and rode them all over. The pool is a great asset for the property - we used it every day - sometimes multiple times a day! Bedrooms were very nice. Temperature control works very well. Pull out couch and futon both make beds for additional guests. Dining area in kitchen is small, but with the outside tables and chairs it works just fine. Leah was great. We didn't really need anything, but she was quick to respond to our questions and I was so glad we got to meet her! This is perfect for family with kids or a get away for adults!

Great in many ways

Leah's property is ideally located a few blocks from the action of downtown Ft. Myers and the beach, but on a quiet street. It is small, and with 4 people it was kind of snug. But the weather was great and we spread out -- on the deck outside our door, around (and in) the pool. The sunroom was a bonus, as we used it as an extra bedroom so each of our teenaged kids had their own room. Leah was great and responded very promptly to questions about where to eat, etc. The pool was super nice and very clean, and there were plenty of chairs around it for lounging. The outdoor shower was a great touch, too--just steps from the pool. And she had tons of towels so we never ran out (plus, washing machine was right there to wash linens and clothes). Maybe one wish list item: it got dark pretty early, and we couldn't really eat as a family because there weren't lights near the table outside by the pool, which would've been great since there wasn't an eat-in kitchen. Next time maybe I would just bring some candles for the outside table! Great stay. Hated to leave.

Anniversary getaway

This property was exactly as posted. Close to times square and the beach, quiet neighborhood and well maintained. Everything we needed was supplied except a griddle, haha! Would agave made cooking breakfast much easier and fewer dishes! The one mishap we had (door code wouldn't work after being here a few days) the owner was immediately (within minutes!) responsive to my call and brought us a key! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Leah!
