'Our first night sleep was interrupted by a broken fire protection pipe setting off the building alarm at 2AM. We stood outside for 1.5hrs. Luckily our room wasn’t one of the rooms that had water damage. We weren’t compensated for our inconvenience. The building is still under repair for some of the amenities. 'Location is great for going to Fort Myers beach without the inflated prices. We stayed in a two room and there were two couples. The room was fine and would be nice if you were staying longer because of the fridge and burners. The ac are window units so a little loud. We stayed one night prior to going on Key West Express so it was perfect. There is a bar/restaurant next door with great food and service.'

'We booked the queen bed condo, but upon arrival we've found the bed so small (it really is!) we asked for a king bed. Because this is not a regular hotel but one with privately owned condo's we had to pay a lot for an upgrade. We loved the modern equipped apartment with kitchen with dishwasher etc. To our surprise the room was not cleaned during our stay. Luckily the receptionist took thoroughly care of this and gave us the clean towels. She also told us that we were not informed at checkin that...
