Fabulous modern huis met flatscreen-tv's in beide slaapkamers en woonkamer, nieuw kingsize bed en meubels in de hoofdslaapkamer met zijn en haar kasten, nieuwe koningin matras in de zoektocht slaapkamer, een keuken om voor te sterven, zitgedeelte op het dek met privacyschermen , kabel-tv, WiFi, geen vaste telefoonlijn, wasruimte in de suite, golfkar en nieuwe Norco stadsfietsen. Dit zal uw beste vakantie ooit !!
Dit mooie huis is gelegen in Indian Creek, een gated community binnen 2 mijl van Fort Myers Beach. Een 10 minuten fietsen of neem de tram naar het strand.
Wij zijn gevestigd zeer dicht bij de voorkant grote zwembad, grote spa (hot tub), beach volleybal (3), tennisbanen (7) fitnessruimte, augurk bal, jeu de boules bal, shuffle board, watten zwembad, biljartkamer, bibliotheek , postkamer, en een van de 20 ter plaatse meren, en nog veel meer. Dit alles is tot uw beschikking voor het zijn een gast bij Indian Creek.
Minder dan een mijl zijn er vissen charters, diner cruises, diepzeevissen, bootverhuur, Las Vegas-stijl mini-golf, elke dineren stijl je zou willen, minder dan 2 mijl, het beroemde Fort Myers Beach, en binnen 8 mijl meer winkels dan iemand zou kunnen verwerken.
Waarom gaan zitten in een huis in een woonstraat, elkaar aankijkend en zich afvragend wat te doen, wanneer je dit alles tot je beschikking hebt elke dag, de meeste op loopafstand.

We really enjoyed the house and location. The location and amenities couldn’t have been better. So close to many beaches and all the islands. Being off season we could reach any of them in approximately 15-30 minutes. We enjoyed the golf cart and cruising around the neighborhood getting lost and finding ourselves in the exact same place we were multiple times. The park is very peaceful, huge and has friendly residents. We really enjoyed the enclosed porch as it’s where we spent most of our time. We would highly recommend this place for someone looking to be close to beaches or just hanging out at the resort pools or spa.The owners and property managers are very easy to work with and very accommodating. We would definitely return in the future.

This manufactured home was clean and nicely decorated. Loved the screened lanai. Also not many include a golf cart but this one did. Pretty much anything you needed was there. Only issue is as with any technology, don't rely on the internet. Was so happy, tried to book next year but was told next 2 years have already been. Another thing not to rely on. We would recommend staying here.

Mike and Kelly’s place was beautiful in a lovely “village” with everything a person could need to enjoy and participate in all of the activities offered in the Fort Myers area, they even had Bingo daubers! I spent a total of two weeks and would have loved to have stayed longer. We loved our evening drives around the community in the provided golf cart, everyone was so friendly and helpful when we were lost. Everything you could possibly need was within a mile of the house. I really hope to go back at some point, it looks like the house is fully booked for the next year but I will keep trying.

This vacation has been one of the best experiences we have ever encountered on our many trips. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The home was absolutely beautiful with every need met. The owners, Mike and Kelly, were extremely easy to work with and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. The location was ideal. It was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The amenities of the property were great. We made good use of the pool, the exercise room and toured the entire complex in the provided golf cart. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone and hope some day to make a return visit. It will exceed all your expectations!!!!

This was our 1st experience in a RV Park and it far surpassed our expectations! Clean, comfortable, cozy and fully supplied. So much more than we anticipated but more than we hoped, that's what thus property was! Thanks to the hosts who were the best ever ! Not sure where to start, this place is really amazing. The owners have everything you could possibly need to want in this rental. Tons of towels, silverware, pots and pans (and it’s not cheap crappy stuff) dishes, seasonings, some food that was left from other guests that is unopened, plenty of dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towel, bar soaps and the list can go on and on. The golf cart was very helpful and fun to use! There were a few beach chairs, umbrella for the beach, two coolers with wheels. Both beds and sectional were amazingly comfortable. Very nice to have our own washer and dryer. This is an actual home, there was nothing more we could have wanted or asked for. Central air worked amazing, ceiling fans in rooms and living room. Pools and hot tub very clean and warm. This is the best rental property I’ve ever stayed at and I travel very often! Thank you so much, we hope to come back one day!
