Designed for up to 9 guests, it features two separate living areas, a full upstairs kitchen plus downstairs kitchenette, a large heated pool, and a fenced marble-stone backyard with cabana, loungers, and outdoor dining.



The Space:

This split-level beach home gives families and groups room to spread out while staying together. Upstairs, you’ll find a bright living room, full kitchen, dining area, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and one shared full bathroom. The front porch overlooks the Gulf and is furnished with an outdoor living set, gas fire pit, and oversized umbrella—an ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks.



The downstairs level has a second living room, kitchenette, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a double-over-double bunk and single trundle, sleeping up to five. The lower level is reached by the rear outdoor staircase.



Outside, enjoy a large heated private pool and an oversized, beautifully finished marble-stone backyard. The fenced pool area includes loungers, chairs, a covered cabana, and a dining table for relaxed days and meals outdoors. Top it off with corn hole!



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the home, heated pool, fenced backyard, front porch, cabana, and outdoor living and dining areas. Plenty of parking is available on the property. Please note that the two living levels are connected by the rear outdoor staircase; there is no interior staircase between them.



The Neighborhood:

The home is directly across Estero Boulevard from Fort Myers Beach. Public beach access is directly/diagonally across the street, making the walk to the sand about one minute. Enjoy Gulf views from the front porch and easy access to the island’s beach, dining, shopping, and entertainment.



Getting Around:

The beach is easiest on foot—simply cross at the nearby access directly/diagonally across the street. A car is useful for exploring the full island and nearby mainland, and Fort Myers Beach trolley and tram services may also be available along Estero Boulevard. Consider renting a golf cart for island-style fun and getting around.



Other Things to Note:

Important layout note: the upstairs and downstairs living areas do not connect from inside the home. The downstairs bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchenette are accessed by the rear outdoor staircase. The home sleeps a maximum of 9 guests: king (2), queen (2), double-over-double bunk (4), and single trundle (1). Children must be supervised at all times around the pool. There's a door alarm on the rear doors leading to pool.
