THE SPACE
The Tropical Pool Retreat is a newly renovated coastal-modern home on a quiet residential block in Fort Myers, fifteen minutes to downtown and twenty to the beach. Designed for groups who want to spread out while still staying together: a single-level main home with four queen bedrooms, a private guest suite with its own entrance, and a fenced backyard built for full-day pool time.

The pool sits at the center of a child-safety-fenced yard, with wicker loungers under a cantilever umbrella and a putting green tucked behind. Coffee in the sunroom at sunrise, putts before it gets hot, BBQ at the pergola in the afternoon, drinks at the dining set after the kids are out of the pool.

The guest suite tucks into the side of the property with its own entrance, full bathroom, living area (mini fridge, microwave, flat-screen), and a sliding door to a private patio. Useful when one couple wants to sleep in or arrive on a different schedule than the rest of the group. Especially well-suited to families, multi-family trips, snowbirds, and seasonal visitors.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have exclusive use of the entire single-level home, the private guest suite with its own entrance, the fenced pool, two patios, the putting green, and the backyard.

Self check-in via smart locks; the same unique code provides access to the main front door, the rear porch door near the pool, and the suite entrance, accessed through the right-side white gate.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

WHO CAN BOOK
- Primary booking guest must be 25 or older; guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the stay. Government-issued ID may be requested.
- Maximum occupancy 10. Exceeding occupancy may incur a $75 per night per extra guest fee.
- No parties or events.

HOUSE RULES
- Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Non-smoking property: no smoking, vaping, marijuana, cigars, or similar products anywhere on the property.
- No pets allowed. Service animals welcome with prior notice per Vrbo policy. Pet violations may incur a $75 per night per pet fee.

PARKING
- The two-lane driveway parks up to four vehicles. No parking on grass.

POOL & BBQ SAFETY
- Pool: no lifeguard, swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. The child safety fence must remain installed and latched. No running, diving, glass, or rough play near the pool.
- BBQ: never leave unattended, turn off propane after use, and clean after cooking.

HOUSEKEEPING
- Cleaning supplies provided. Please wipe surfaces, clean spills indoors and outdoors, and tidy the oven if used. Use a broom if needed.
- Trash and recycling bins are next to the shed in the backyard. Bag all trash and follow posted labels for recycling. Do not mix trash and recycling.
- Excessive mess beyond normal use, or improper trash disposal, may incur additional cleaning fees.
- Professional cleaning between every stay.

- Nearby: beaches, shopping, restaurants, and historic downtown Fort Myers. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly.
- Gulf Coast Medical Center is approximately 10 minutes away.

DAMAGE & ENFORCEMENT
- Guests are responsible for damage or missing items.

SAFETY
- For safety and security, three exterior security cameras are installed—one monitoring the front driveway/entry and two monitoring the backyard. The pool area is in camera view. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home or in any private areas.
