'Our first night sleep was interrupted by a broken fire protection pipe setting off the building alarm at 2AM. We stood outside for 1.5hrs. Luckily our room wasn’t one of the rooms that had water damage. We weren’t compensated for our inconvenience. The building is still under repair for some of the amenities. 'Room was decent, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Only complaint was the AC coming on and off was very loud and made it a bit hard to sleep.'

'This is such a gem. We stayed here on a whim and will most definitely be back. We had the cutest room with a balcony that walked right off to the canal and restaurant right next door. Anything we asked for, they accommodated and they went above and beyond for us even when they didn’t have to. 100/10 recommend. These are amazing people. '
