AC didn’t work as well as we would have wanted but who would have thought you would need ac in Alaska. Didn’t realize the homeless population was that bad, but they did a good job of keeping them out of the hotel. '

When asking for a late checkout the front clerk bluntly said she can’t do that for me and I had to figure out myself that if I became a rewards member for free I COULD have a late checkout. Rude of her not to tell me and a crappy hotel policy to force a rewards sign up for a late checkout. '

'It was a pretty nice and quiet property during our stay in Fairbanks. I just wish the bed had been a king instead of a queen. I didn’t see a king while booking. Staff was nice. There is no breakfast on the property but they don have a 24hr snack shop. Free laundry room next to the gym. I would recommend '

She would bake fresh bread and offer it to them on their walk home past this place, her home.
