Dit condominium met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers in Surfside Resort biedt een van de meest uitstekende locaties in de omgeving met geweldige voorzieningen op het terrein en uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico.

Deze 3e verdieping unit zit vol met upgrades en is geschikt voor maximaal 8 personen. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met een aangrenzende complete badkamer. Er is een volledig uitgeruste keuken die onlangs is gerenoveerd en heeft een glazen eettafel met 4 stoelen. Extra zitplaatsen is in de aangrenzende eetkamer, die 6 zetels. Deze prachtige unit heeft kamerhoge ramen en biedt een open plattegrondconcept met een prachtig uitzicht op de golf en de zonsondergang.

De onlangs gerenoveerde woonkamer heeft een flatscreen-tv, dvd-speler en queensize slaapbank. Het appartement heeft een unieke plattegrond met een ongelooflijk uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico. Het grote balkon biedt uitzicht op het strand en op de zonsondergang.

De gast slaapkamer zal beschikken over 2 full-size bedden, een flatscreen-tv en een dvd-speler. Er is een aangrenzende badkamer bij deze kamer, die onlangs is gerenoveerd.

In totaal heeft dit toestel een wasmachine en droger, 3 tv's met kabel, 3 dvd-spelers en gratis breedband draadloos internet, zodat u van alle gemakken van thuis kunt genieten. Dit apparaat is zeker uw thuis weg van huis op een van de mooiste, ongerepte stranden van de wereld!

Surfside Resort biedt bovendien een eigen restaurant in het NEW Royal Palm Grille Restaurant met een grote selectie vlees- en visgerechten, pizza, sandwiches, salades, sushibar en een kindermenu. Alle maaltijdselecties kunnen worden gegeten in de eetkamer met uitzicht op het strand, de sportbar of zelfs op uw kamer worden bezorgd. De maaltijden zijn geweldig en genereus in omvang dus breng je eetlust!

Toegang tot het strand is beperkt tot gasten van Surfside Resort. Er is een ongelooflijk pooldeck met verwarmd zwembad, 2 jacuzzi spa's, kinderbad, uitgestrekt pooldeck, sauna's en badhuis. Er is een tiki-bar aan het zwembad en er is een eetservice aan het strand die beschikbaar is voor alle gasten.

Profiteer van het buitensportdek met 2 tennisbanen, een basketbalveld, volleybal en shuffleboard. Uitrusting is beschikbaar bij de receptie van het hotel. Het fitnesscentrum is onlangs gerenoveerd en is gratis beschikbaar. Gratis onbeperkt draadloos internet is ook beschikbaar. Er is een parkeergarage voor gasten beschikbaar bij Surfside Resort, 24 uur per dag beveiligd en overdekte gangen houden het gezin veilig en buiten het weer.

Surfside Resort is er trots op het eerste resort in het Destin-gebied te zijn dat volledig glasvezelinternet aanbiedt. Elke kamer is uitgerust met state-of-the-art wifi met de mogelijkheid om tot 12 apparaten aan te sluiten met gegarandeerde snelheden van 100 mb op en neer.

Destin is de thuisbasis van verschillende van de beste kampioenschapsgolfbanen in Florida, zoals Sandestin, Regatta Bay en Seascape Golf Course, die direct achter het resort ligt. The room had not been cleaned. I had to buy my own bed sheets. I was not reimbursed as promised. I was also promised a room discount because of the room not being cleaned before our arrival, but never got it. Other than that, it is a big condo with a good ocean view. It also has a large balcony. I had to use a fan to blow smoke out because the vent fan didn’t work. There was other stuff wrong, but you get the idea. We will not be back to this condo or any other property managed by LSI.

Terrible communication through 4 different email addresses, (causing late check-in)plus VRBO app, VRBO help email. Was in disrepair not "dated" as one review stated. Problems were not new. We notified rental mgr and only got a call from repair service on 4th day. By that time the problems were accumulating. We want a partial refund

The room and front desk.

The condo was very out dated. It was not cleaned well at all. Most condos have necessity’s / toilet tress but this one did not. I will not rent from this owner again they make your property look bad. Your front desk work with who was a male with long hair was very disrespectful and hard to talk to, he refused to turn off his fan so that he could hear me.

After reaching out to the property manager via Vrbo three times before our trip, we still had issues during our stay. I booked this place before looking at the reviews, BIG MISTAKE. The holes in the shower/mold seemed to be resolved. However, there was still a funky smell upon arrival. One of the sliding glass doors doesn’t close all the way at the top. Not the biggest concern, but still made it very loud, as you could hear everything in the parking lot below through the crack. The third time I reached out to the property manager, one week before our stay, she finally let me know that the issues had been resolved. However, the AC went out on our last night (4 night stay). The property manager was quick to respond, however, she was little help. She wanted us to change the air filters which was clearly not the problem. There were also no air filters where she said they should be. The maintenance man on site came in after I called him myself and fixed the AC. He said to turn off the unit for 2 or 3 minutes and then turn it back on. Clearly, this has been an ongoing issue. The location is nice and it wasn’t the absolute worst stay, but I would not stay in this unit again.

Worst place that I have ever stayed

We arrived on Sunday morning and around 1:00pm we received confirmation that our unit was available to check-in. We proceeded to go to the unit and as soon as we open the door. We were hit with a strong moldy and musty smell. My wife is allergic to mold, so we moved swiftly to open the doors to try and get the smell out of the unit. We looked around the unit to see if we could find the source of the smell. There was a hole above one of the showers and you could tell the water stains around it and smell the mold. There were also water damaged base boards around the tub. The other bathroom had a light above the shower and it too had water stains around it and it would not come on. It just flickered every time you turned the switch on, so we kept it off, There were other lights and outlets that would also not work. And to top it all off, the air-conditioning was not working and was not repaired until the day before we checked out. During our entire ordeal we could not get anyone from LSI Vacation Rentals on the phone we could only email them and have to wait for a response. LSI should have never rented out this unit and they could have not cared less that we were having so many issues. They did not even have the decency to offer any kind of compensation for us having to stay in a unit with these conditions and then, they did not make things right either timely or at all. This was by far the worse place I have ever stayed at. Both the unit and the management, LSI.

Property had multiple holes in ceiling and on walls. Some areas of the walls were extremely dusty. Many lights and lamps did not work and remotes for tvs were missing. I’ve stayed at surf side many times and it’s always been very well kept. The condo itself overall layout was nice but repairs definitely need to be corrected.

Family vacation

Room was suppose to have 2 queen beds they were full size. Went without air for 3 days. Toilet overflowed right when we got there. Hole in the ceiling above the shower. Plumber said he was there the week before. Air technician (when we finally got one) said he gave a quote for repairs a while back. Plug-ins in restrooms and over half the light switches do not work. So we had to go all week with one bathroom when we should have had 2. This unit is horrible and it’s hard to get with anyone to get anywhere if you have a problem. Stayed in Panama City Beach the week before… it was PERFECT. Will never stay here again!

Great location, very close to the beach, huge balcony, large open living room and dining room with access to balcony in multiple locations. Easy access to beach over bridge at the condo complex so no street crossing necessary.

Pésimo mantenimiento del condominio

El lugar es súper amplio en una buena ubicación pero en mantenimiento es terriblemente malo (blinds quebradas, muy sucio, el inodoro del pasillo tapado , un enorme hoyo sobre la ducha del dormitorio principal, liqueo sobre el heat lamp en La ducha del pasillo, la cama del dormitorio principal en muy mal estado, los controles de los televisores sin baterías tuve que comprar, los utensilios de la cocina muy viejos y sucios. La verdad me decepcionó por esa razón.

Amazing!

As a family of 7 it is hard to find a place that is great for the family. The location is awesome and we felt safe in the neighborhood. The walk to the beach and back is only a few minutes. You go out of the gate and cross the street. The house is spacious, has plenty of beds and tvs for everyone. I only have one thing I was disappointed in and that was the jets in the master tub. I was going to give my youngest a bath but they were filled with black residue. This did not effect the showering so we adjusted. I believe this is the cleaning company’s responsibility along with not a good cleaning under the chairs. Overall I would definitely rent this home again.

The worst “vacation” experience. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The whole experience was horrendous. To start we were given the wrong condo number for check-in in the email . We were given a code to punch in & came to a door with a key card slot only. I called & messaged immediatel. We waited for over half an hour for someone to return a phone call, they never did. I ended up going back through all the info and the correct number was in address in the hyperlink to click “how to get there”. It was a warm 76 degrees when we walked in, turned the air down, it never kicked in. The TV in the living room turned on but there was no volume, the TV in the master did not turn on at all. The oven door handle and broiler handle were broken off. There was no washcloth or sponge in the kitchen. The top of the fridge, which was eye level for me was filthy with thick dust and grime. The master bathroom had a hole in the ceiling above the shower. The other bathroom toilet did not flush and the sink didn’t drain. The sheets in the master were dirty when I turned them down. There were 2 fans to use, both were broken. One made a terrible screeching sound and the other wouldn’t stay facing forward. There was water leaking under the door into our entryway, coming from the condo door connected to ours. I tried to contact the property management company for 4 hours, one number was disconnected and through the other number I only got ahold of an answering service to take my name and number and have someone contact me, which never happened. No one ever called me back that night. I spent almost 5 hours on the phone with VRBO and filed a claim. The next morning we were able to go to the front desk and they had 2 completely different numbers of contact than what we were given. One number gave me an answering machine or an email. The other got me through to maintenance. I told them we would like a full refund and will not be staying in that property, it is unfit for staying until problems are fixed! I was told the Director of Operations would call me directly, that never happened. I got a short message through VRBO saying they would refund the REMAINDER of the stay. They Disney even refund 2 full nights cost and kept all the taxes and cleaning fees paid for the duration of the reservation. This is the absolute worst customer service we have ever received. Every corner we turned, something else was wrong. No one ever returned a call or offered any help. We were not given an option to move to another unit. It was an absolute nightmare.
