  • Gelegen in het hart van Destin, in het midden van alle opwinding, onze condominium is de perfecte uitje voor koppels en kleine gezinnen. Ontsnap naar het paradijs op dit schilderachtige, rustige uitje met vrij uitzicht op het strand. Geniet van off-the-beach prijzen met de gemakken en uitzichten van accommodaties aan de Golf!

    Onze unit heeft een grote slaapkamer, woonkamer, eetkamer, keuken en badkamer. Het beschikt over een eigen balkon op de derde verdieping met een SPECTACULAIR UITZICHT op de Golf van Mexico! U zult genieten van uw ochtendkoffie terwijl u uitkijkt over de oceaan.

    Wanneer je klaar bent om je voeten in het suikerachtige zand van de beste stranden ter wereld te laten zinken, hoef je alleen maar de straat over te steken en je bent er! Wandel over de toegangsweg voor een ontspannen dag op het strand. Je bent slechts een steenworp afstand van de sprankelende branding.

    Het complex beschikt over een verwarmd zwembad met ligstoelen en parasols, een bubbelbad en douches voor een zandvrij verblijf. Om een perfecte dag in de zon te eindigen, verzamelt u de familie rond de picknicktafels en houtskoolgrills voor een cook-out! Of als je geen zin hebt om te koken, zijn er verschillende bekroonde restaurants op loopafstand. Dit is een van de weinige appartementen in Destin met karakter en persoonlijkheid.

    Onze unit heeft een kingsize bed in de grote slaapkamer, een queensize slaapbank in de woonkamer en twee stapelbedden in de gang. Het zal comfortabel zes slapen.

    De vloeren zijn volledig betegeld! Flatscreen-tv en draadloos internet zijn allemaal aanwezig.

    Summer Breeze ligt in het hart van Destin, dus de entertainmentmogelijkheden zijn overweldigend! Winkelcentra, bioscopen, honderden restaurants, arcades en kampioenschapsgolfbanen liggen allemaal op slechts enkele minuten afstand.

This property was exactly what we needed for our long Beach weekend. Less than a 3 minute walk to the beach and our favorite spot, Pompano Joe’s! A wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. I would’ve liked there to be salt and pepper in the kitchen, and the curtains on the balcony doors to not be see through. Overall, a great property for what we needed. Thank you!

Wonderful place to stay

This place was perfect. It was so clean, and right across the street from the beach. It was a 1 minute walk. Parking is perfect, the pool and hot tub were amazing. I highly recommend this condo. The property is well maintained, and great walking distance to shops, coffee and food.

This is a wonderful place to stay we have stayed here two years in a row and plan for many more check in is always easy and contacting someone when needed was a breeze!!!!!

Good for couple

Condo had great location and great value! View was nice on the 3rd floor, just make sure you can handle stairs, it was no problem for us. The pool was never crowded. Only suggestion is new sofa and full length mirror! Bed was comfortable!

Nice location

The host was super nice and accommodating. The check in process was very simple and easy as well as checking out. The condo complex is nice. This Condo is on the 3rd floor so if you don’t like walking up several steps this is not the place for you. The view was spectacular! The condo needs a deep clean and a little updating. Overall this is a nice place and I would stay here again in the future.

Overall, our stay was good. But there were a few cons: The fridge continuesly leaked water on the floor, ther were little shards of glass in the hallway and in the living room where it appeared that someone broke a glass then attempted to sweep the glass all the way out the door, The floor in the bathroom felt very spoungie like you might fall through when using the restroom, and the chairs on the balcony felted like they needed to be tightened up so that you don't fall backwards in them. But, this place has a major pro which is Location, Location, Location. Miramar Beach is literally just across the street so you don't have to fight for the limited parking. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The Balcony has a very nice view of the Gulf where we were able to view dolphins feeding. The check-in and check-out process was very easy as well.

Excellent view and location

Property was great considering location to the beach and on property pool. The property manager was quick to respond to texts concerning minor issues. Only "big" problem we had was every time tried to pre-heat/heat oven, it would start to smoke like the bottom had not been cleaned of the leftover food and grease. However, we were able to work around issue cooking food. Let manager know and she apologized. Would definitely stay here again.

It is in a great location directly across the road from the public beach access. The pool and hot tub were clean. Outside of building looked nice, our specific condo was in rough shape, especially the bathroom. It is not "newly remodeled". The floor is cracked in multiple places, walls are dirty and need repainting. Bathroom has multiple cracks in the walls, sink doesnt drain unless you hold the stopper up. The vanity was missing a nob and unlevel. Very rough shape.

Clean, clean, clean!!!

I walk barefoot in the house. I didn't feel one speck of sand on the floors! View was great! Priximity to the beach was perfect! The ONLY thing that I could say that needs to be updated is the bathroom. It was very clean but you can only paint and caulk 1/4 round trim so many times before it looks crappy. The sink trim left a lot to be desired. But this is an easy fix!!

The room was nothing like it was described. The bunk beds in the hallway were coming loose from the wall which made it unsafe for kids to be on. The top bunk had no railing so no one could sleep without the feeling they would fall off. The beds were very hard, like sleeping on a piece of wood. The flooring was all different and it looked like they ran out of tile and broke a couple of pieces to create the entryway flooring. The bathroom is very outdated with no space to put anything on the cabinet. The kitchen is not stocked with any pans to cook meals with either. They do not give enough towels if staying more than two days which makes you have to pay to do laundry. Advertising says laundry but says nothing about having to pay over 5 for a load. So staying 4 days like myself, I spent a lot of money doing laundry so my family had clean towels. The laundry basket was also broken which made it difficult to carry all the towels to the laundry room down 3 flights of stairs without falling. Oh, and some washers didn't even work.

Perfect location!

This was our first time in Miramar/Destin area. We loved the location and the view of the ocean from our balcony. It was awesome to be able to walk across the street to the beach or Pompano Joes. Communication with the owner and property manager was awesome! And there were beach toys, chairs, boogie boards etc for us to use. That was a huge bonus as we had forgotten one of our boogie boards and beach toys, so we ended up not having to spend money on those things. We have 3 kids, 8, 7, and 5, and have stayed in a similarly laid out condo before with a main bedroom and bunks in the hallway. This time it just felt a little too crowded for us. So, nothing against the unit, just an FYI for families our size with older kids. It was a great trip and this location is absolutely perfect!

misrepresentation of property listing

on arrival we took shoes off at the front door and after walking through our feet were soiled. A power point was hanging out of the wall near dining table. The ice machine was turned on and it leaked water on the floor and did not make ice. The deadlock on the back door can not be used as the door is warped and does not line up. would I recommend this property no. For what we paid for the pleasure of staying in NO 305 I believe it was a complete rip off.
