Islander Condo # 119 is onze unieke Platinum rated Cottage voor maximaal 6 personen. Vermijd het hoofdgebouw met dit privé-huisje tussen tropische bloemen. Geniet van de privacy en het gemak van het hebben van uw eigen vier muren, omgeven door een weelderig landschap met een patio en een kleine omheinde tuin op slechts een steenworp afstand van de zwembaden en het strand van wereldklasse van Destin.

Deze beachy cottage beschikt over een open keuken / woon / eetkamer met alle comfort van thuis. Spoelbak met uittrekbare sproeikraan en drukknopafvoer, RVS side-by-side koelkast met een waterfiltersysteem en in-the-door ijs- en waterdispensers, bereik met keramische kookplaat, vaatwasser en een magnetronoven boven het fornuis . Verzamel rond de eettafel met plaats voor 6 personen of ontspan in de woonkamer om de 40-inch tv met digitale kabeltoegang en een dvd-speler te bekijken. Er is een tweepersoons slaapbank beschikbaar voor de gasten.

De grote slaapkamer beschikt over een kingsize bed, een plafondventilator en een 32-inch tv / dvd-combo. De badkamer is onlangs bijgewerkt met dubbele wastafels, granieten aanrecht en een inloopdouche. De logeerkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een plafondventilator en een 32-inch tv. De gastenbadkamer is bijgewerkt met nieuwe ijdelheid, granieten aanrecht en een bijgewerkte bad / douche-combinatie.

Er is overal tegel eenheid. Het zwembad en het strand van Destin bevinden zich op een gunstige locatie buiten uw 1e verdieping via een patio op steenworp afstand van Destin's Beach.

Just Right!

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect and just right for our family of 6! The kids enjoyed the short walk to the beach as well as access to the pools! Extremely close to stores, restaurants, and overall a great experience! I would give more stars if I could!

Awesome Cottage!!

This was the perfect cottage for our Destin stay. The location was perfect and just a few hundred yards from the beach. The best thing about the cottage was that you didn’t have to worry about elevators or stairs, there were no neighbors, you could park right outside your front door, and you had the convenience of a condo type property but was in a house! We would definitely recommend and we will be staying here again in the future.

Great property right by the beach!

Plenty of room to spread out. Other reviews don’t properly state how short of a walk it is to the pool and the beach. Kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking instruments but no niceties like salt and pepper or coffee filters so be sure to pack those!

We noticed an infestation of large rats living in the trash chute, just next to the cottage. They were staring at us every time we sat on the back patio. We were afraid to have a beverage open as we did not want to encourage them to come even closer. When the trash service came to empty the dumpster, they spilled sticky trash juice all over the blacktop that smelled worse than a landfill. It would take most of the day for the smell to clear. We had to walk through this sticky mess every time we left to walk to the beach or the pool. I did let the lady at the front desk know how disgusting it was. It was definitely not worth the money we paid to stay here this year!

NO elevators to go up and down I thinks its the best one out of all of them it is very quiet most of the time the only loud noises were when they are picking up the garbage. It is laid out the same as all of the other condos. This is our third time staying at the islander but our first time staying in 119. We had a great time no issues to report. If this one is ever for sale I would purchase it.

The amenities are great, and we can tell there have been some upgrades the last few years. Although he is separate from The Islander, Alan, the beach chair attendant is amazing and such a pleasure to hang around. Our only comment would be to have some larger grills on the east side of the property or have a personal grill for the cottage.

I was told that trash chutes were located at the end of all corridors of resort but I could not locate any so it was taken to dumpster on property that I observed on opposite end of parking lot. confusing! trash should not be an issue before checking out in my opinion. let housekeeping deal with it is 1st choice, clearly marked trash chutes throughout 2nd choice.
