Rising Joy condo is gerangschikt in de top 1% door HomeAway & VRBO in boekingen en gasttevredenheid in het Destin / Miramar Beach / Santa Rosa Beach gebied. "Dit charmante appartement is misschien wel de beste vakantiewaarde op Sandestin Resort."
Gelegen tussen onze rustige buren in Harbour Point (er moet minimaal een volwassene van 25 jaar oud zijn), Rising Joy is comfortabel ingericht met 2019 nieuw meubilair (slaapbank en loveseat), verf, accessoires, bed- en badlinnen, nieuwe matras, een nieuw ingerichte keuken en zelfs nieuwe ramen voor een prachtig uitzicht op Bayside. Alles voelt fris, schoon en gezellig.

Terwijl je je ontspant op het achterdek, genietend van je geweldige uitzicht op Horseshoe Bay, Sandestin Marina en Baytowne Wharf, peddelen schildpadden omhoog in de hoop dat je ze een saltine cracker gooit. Bekijk golfspelers die # 14 links spelen. Loop naar het zwembad op slechts een steenworp afstand.

Binnen, misschien strekken voor een dutje op de comfortabele bank (natuurlijk is het een slaper) of op het Master BR kingsize bed; zoek een favoriet televisieprogramma in de LR of BR; breng iedereen samen en beleef een dvd-filmavond op de 50-inch flatscreen-tv.

Oh, de meegeleverde golfkar ... je bent ongeveer 5 minuten of minder verwijderd van alles op het resort (inclusief Publix Market)! Verken Beachside, Bayside, Lakeside en het dorp bij Baytowne Wharf terwijl je op je gemak langs pittoreske meren rijdt (ja, je mag vissen op onze meren ... vangen en vrijlaten natuurlijk), en door prachtige buurten.

Vaar langs het strand door de handige ondergrondse tunnel naar de witte stranden van Sandestin, de Tiki Bar, strandkammen, parasailen, Wave Runners, een basketbalveld en minigolf en dineren.

Bayside, sla ze recht op een van de drie golfbanen van Sandestin. Ontspan in het privézwembad van Harbor Point of de twee andere zwembaden van SOA - het (verwarmde) zwembad op Audubon Drive; of het nieuwe Aquatic Center-zwembad op de hoek van Baytowne Village Drive en Baytowne Ave.

In de Marina vindt u tennis en fietsen, paddleboard en kajakverhuur en de Marina Bar & Grill.

We had a wonderful stay at Rising Joy condo. It was in a great location and very clean. Very quiet area but still close to everything. Having the golf cart was the greatest perk while staying and we used it multiple times a day. It worked great the whole time with no problems. The owner Greg was the best host we have ever had when staying in a VRBO. He was super helpful and had a very quick response to all my many questions. We plan to be back again. Great for small families!

Greg’s place was excellent for our small family of three. From the beginning he was very communicative and we felt that he genuinely cared about us having a great stay. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed.The place was spotless, and the bedroom was spacious enough for a pack-n-play. The golf cart was an added bonus! Beach access was easy and not overly crowded. We also enjoyed the new heated pool at the resort. If you’re looking for a vacation near the beach and enjoy the 30A area, this is your spot! Much more affordable and less crowded. We would love to return and stay at Greg’s place again in the future!

We loved the comfort of this condo - felt like home instantly. The sunrise view is breathtaking & location is especially convenient to the Links Golf Course & the Fitness Center. With the condo's golf cart, the abundant Sandestin amenities are easily accessible to enjoy. The kitchen was very well-stocked to cook in. The condo owner was super accessible and always very kind & professional. We will look forward to returning in the future.

Perfect Stay

We had the perfect stay at Gregg’s Harbor Pointe place. The condo was so nice, location was perfect and it was equipped with everything we needed to be at home away from home. Obviously, the golf cart was a huge plus. Greg answered questions very promptly and helped us with whatever we needed and even offered suggestions. Leading up to this day, Greg made it possible for an E bike to be delivered in my name to his place so that I could enjoy it on vacation. We really appreciate Greg going above and beyond for us this year as I am coming off of surgery. We watched fireworks on Tuesday night and storms roll in each evening from the balcony. We experienced all types of wildlife in the bay from a manatee to a stingray to even catching a speckled trout, redfish and trapping enough crabs to have a crab boil on the last night. We even experienced a pod of dolphins coming in and slapping their tails on the water to catch fish right by the dock. It was amazing! We have 9 and 11 year old boys and it was just the perfect week of adventure and relaxation. We are grateful for the time that we had at this place!

For Those Who Want the Beach and More

The condo was exactly as advertised and the location is ideal for active couples or small families that may want to do more than enjoy the beautiful beach (although that's just an easy golf cart ride away). Our family enjoyed the bay and golf course views, Baytown Wharf, fishing at the resort, tooling around in the golf cart, and swimming at the pools. The beach is soft, white sand, clear water.
