Pelican Isle

Condo was great, as described. It was clean and comfortable. A little dated but we don't stay on the condo much. The only complaint I have is...the facility itself is not set up to accommodate guest coming off the beach. There is only 1 place you can wash off the sand. There are 2 boardwalks and the only place you can clean off the sand is in the middle of the complex outside by the pool areas. It was odd to me that we didn't have easy access to be able to shower off our feet before going up to the condo.

Old and run down

The unit was very old and the walls were stained. The condo looked like it has had a quick clean with no updates/upkeep since the late 70’s. We arrived late only to get stuck in the elevator for 40 min with no way to contact anyone while in elevator because none of the emergency items (phone, ER button, Alarm etc) worked. We ended up calling the after hours and leaving a message but when they called back we had pried the doors open n gotten out on our own. We were told to call 911 next time it happened. I did not take the elevator again. The bed was awful we were sore and did not sleep well if at all. I would not stay here again.

Overall great stay!

We loved the condo overall. It had everything we needed. The view is spectacular. The only suggestions I could make would be that there needs to be a couple more medium sized pans for the kitchen. The condo provided either one very large pan or really small ones. Decor needs a little updating, but overall it was fantastic and we would stay there again. The front shower is amazing. Thanks for letting us stay! We made some great memories!

This property is in a great location. Everything was as it was represented online. It was clean and we had no issues accessing the unit and checking in with the code provided by the host. This property provides a great view of the beach and you can walk down to the gulf in minutes. Great experience and would not hesitate to stay again.
