Een Vacation Favorite, Twee slaapkamer Corner Unit, in een Beach Front Building

  • Op zoek naar het paradijs? Hier is het bij de El Matador! Moet het meest gezochte gezinsresort aan de Costa Smeralda zijn. Een afgelegen condominium gelegen tussen de prachtige witte zandduinen en de sprankelende Emerald Waters van de Golf van Mexico.

    El Matador is echt een badplaats. Slechts twee mijl verder Santa Rosa Blvd aan het einde van het eiland vindt u ons - afgelegen maar toch slechts een paar minuten van alle voorzieningen die Destin en Fort Walton Beach te bieden hebben. Slechts zes mijl naar beneden Hwy. 98 je kunt genieten van Destin - "The Worlds Luckiest Fishing Village" - maak een privéreis of neem de kinderen mee op een groepsboot en vang het diner. Terwijl je in Destin bent, kun je genieten van goede restaurants, winkels en golfen op enkele van de beste golfbanen in de Panhandle van Florida. Moeilijk te geloven dat je misschien een dag vrijaf wilt hebben van het strand, maar als je het gezin meeneemt naar Big Kahunas Water Park in het centrum van het oude Destin. Veel meer dan alleen een waterpark ... het is een dag vol plezier!

    Terug op de El Matador genieten van de grote grasvelden tussen onze gebouwen precies goed voor familieplezier en games. Met twee zwembaden, zijn en haar bubbelbad en sauna's precies goed voor je vermoeide spieren na een partijtje tennis op een van onze tennisbanen, of in ons fitnesscentrum. Wij zijn gevestigd aan het einde van Okaloosa Island, een klein barrière-eiland tussen Fort Walton Beach en Destin. Deze gated community met dertien mijl van onontwikkelde stranden in het westen zal je zeker doen terug verlangen.

Nice place, would stay here again

This was a last minute booking but it turned out great. The host team was easy to deal with and responded quickly to any questions. The unit is in a great location and perfect for 3-5 people. The only issue I saw is the master bathroom. The shower and toilet are in a tiny room and it’s hard to shut the door without stepping into the shower or straddling the toilet. All it needs is the hinges moved so the door swings the other way. I would definitely rent this unit and stay at the El Matador again.

Overall ok

The condo was ok. Dishes had dried food on them, and if you want to cook, you literally need to bring everything. I'm used to rentals that at least basic condiments like salt and pepper. This one had nothing. Also, only one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. We had to share on the ladt night. Mattress in madter very uncomfortable, but location of condo was good.

Nice view but outdated

The condo wasn’t the best. It’s outdated and the back slider and front door are very difficult to open and close. I wouldn’t rent this unit again knowing there are plenty of other updated units in the complex for the same price or less. Also, if I could do it over, I would rent straight from the matador website or the Holis website.

The unit is clean and balcony view is nice but I won’t stay in this unit again until updated. I’ll spend that money in another unit that’s updated and secure useable doors.
