You will love the master bedroom that features a Queen size bed (sleeps 2) and an attached bathroom with a stand in shower. The 2nd Bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed (sleeps 3). There is a 2nd full bathroom with a shower/tub.

Enjoy preparing any meal in the fully equipped kitchen. For your convenience, we provide our guests with linens and towels, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

- Due to Strict HOA Rules - Guests must be 25 years old to reserve and occupy this unit. Children ARE always welcome with their parents.
- Strict Max Occupancy - Babies, Infants & Children ARE Included in Occupancy
- Absolutely NO smoking, NO Vaping, candles, incense, or open flames in the unit or on the balcony or patio.

***ALL vacation rental condos (as opposed to hotels) are stocked with the following minimum initial necessities (Starter Supplies): 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom, 2 trash bags, etc. For longer stays, you are welcome to bring, or buy, additional supplies. Laundry detergent, coffee, spices & condiments are not provided.
