Het privébalkon van Gulf Dunes Resort, unit 107, kijkt uit op de oceaan (Golf van Mexico). Gulf Dunes Resort, unit 107 wordt compleet geleverd met stapelbedden in de gang, een complete keuken, 1 1/2 bad, woon- en eetkamer, uittrekbare slaapbank, kabel-tv, WiFi en nog veel meer.

Gulf Dunes Resort, unit 107 bevindt zich boven de overdekte parkeerplaats en ligt direct boven een van de 2 pooldecks. (De overdekte parkeerplaats is alleen voor permanente bewoners en is niet inbegrepen bij unit 107)

Hoewel Destin en zijn vele attracties op slechts een klein eindje rijden liggen, is dit stuk Powder White Beach veel privéer. U zult genieten van uw ruimte in het zand zonder alle drukte en lawaai.

Dit is een 'NIET-ROKERS'-eenheid voor zes personen. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed. Er zijn twee enkele stapelbedden in de grote hal, en er is een tweepersoons slaapbank in de kamer. Er zijn opgewaardeerde flatscreen-tv's, dvd-spelers en een stereo-installatie met cd-ondersteuning en internet met hoge snelheid. De volledige keuken is uitgerust met de nieuwste apparaten ... Servies, bestek en kookgerei zijn inbegrepen. Er zijn beddengoed, handdoeken en een eigen wasmachine / droger voor uw gemak.

Het balkon is uitgerust met stoelen voor een ontspannen avond in de wind. Het landschap is compleet met zowel een adembenemend uitzicht op de Golf als de geluiden van de golven die op het strand breken. U zult ook dicht genoeg bij het zwembad zijn om gemakkelijk te communiceren met degenen van uw partij die op het pooldeck zijn.

Geniet van adembenemende zonsopkomsten en zonsondergangen van een van de schoonste en meest ongerepte stranden in heel Florida.

Absolutely safe area. Beach was beautiful. Unit was clean but could use a little update. Didn't lack for anything in the way of cooking or cleaning supplies. Nice to have covered parking. Had an awesome relaxing week. Only one downside, walked over mile down beach and when returned had a hard time identifying the complex. Why is the name of the complex not put on ocean side of building? Most were unidentified so it wasn't just Sunset Dunes. Would be great advertising opportunity.

Great Location!

Nice view from balcony, saw dolphins almost daily! Loved walking on the beach right outside our door! Kitchen fully stocked. King bed & couch comfortable. Clean towels & linens. Glad we had beach chairs & an umbrella to use! Easy ck-in & ck-out. We liked the location, many fun places to go! Condominium mostly clean but needs a good dusting (baseboards, lamps, & light fixtures) plus smells musty and could use some updates.

Great Family Vacation

Our family of 5 had a great time staying in this unit. It was clean, quiet, and the resort was a great place for families. It was an easy walk to the beach and an easy drive to all the fun activities in Destin. We would definitely stay here again!

I would definitely stay again.. Had a great time at this place. Actually unit was bigger than I thought I would be based on the listing but kitchen is a bit tight. Pro: location is awesome, staying on east side of building provides easier access to beach than steps on West side, nice pool view, comfortable accommodations, beautiful beach. Elevator is helpful and carts for unloading you belongs to condo. Nice covered parking. Plenty of pans etc for cooking. Con: being on the 1st floor the dunes are higher than expected so while you can easily see the ocean you can't see waves hitting the shore. Might move up 1 or 2 levels next time.

the property was nice the condo could use some updates. the view from the balcony is obstructed from seeing the beach. you can see the ocean. this was stated in the description. owner should check the ceiling above the bathtub and wall down by the bathtub. did have kitchen items u need. plenty of towels, washclothes and hand towels

Nice place, no tennis courts

We chose to stay here for 2 weeks because it was advertised that there were tennis courts. We play tennis every morning. The tennis courts had no net and there was a light pole down across the back of the court. Had we known about the tennis courts we would have chosen a condo with an unobstructed view of the beach. For us, this was a big disappointment and inconvenience. Everything else with the condo itself was nice and what we had expected.

Although this condo is in the first floor of the complex. We saw several, several roaches in the kitchen and hallway. The king size mattress in the br ,was uncomfortable sleeping on. This condo is a nice size condo. Like the way the bunk beds were built into the walls. Two bathrooms were very convenient.

Low budget, close to beach, not so clean

This was our first time staying in Ft Walton and will probably be our last time. The location was great but we experienced so much June grass (aka seaweed) that the kids couldn’t enjoy the ocean. The hotel pool was too small and over crowded for this reason. We had friends who were in Rosemary and had no seaweed during their stay. I guess the water quality matches the condo quality. The condo was disgusting. Urine around the toilet, stains on the sheets, dirt and wrappers on the floor in the living area. I spent the first day just cleaning so we could feel comfortable but we never really did. The management company offered to come back and clean but it was too late. They were very helpful and concerned to make things right. So learned a valuable lesson in visiting Florida. Don’t cheap out. My family learned that we need to book earlier and go to destin or further east for better beaches and stay in a hotel or condo with nicer units.

The check in process in availability was great. I like the first floor location although the beach view was so much limited. The condo is really restricted in bathroom and closet space but otherwise met our expectations. I would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Dunes. The condo was comfortable and kitchen had everything anybody could possibly need. The condo was nicely decorated. And we spent many hour out on the balcony. Because of the sand dunes, our view of the beach was not the best. But we could see the ocean and the dolphins swim by, the people surf and paddle board. Only saw the heads of people walking on the beach. The washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus.

hard to say if the convenience to beach and pool is worth the mold and noise.

Day 1-can't check in til 4 so basicallly one day wasted(if that's the norm, I'm done with norm). Day 2-in our room. Shower/tub combo which we hadn't planned on had mold all on ceiling. Ceiling was also peeling off in multiple places. Day 3-awoken by incessant pounding, hammering, and sawing that lasted throughout the day...maybe maintenance like that shouldn't start at the crack of dawn? Day 4-pool closed(again) with yellow caution tape around it. Left a lot to be considered. Day 5- no real complaints. Day 6-uneventful Day 7-maybe not Gulf Dunes fault, but relaxing beach time interrupted by wedding "organizers?" who literally set up 3 ft from our tent cussing and carrying on the entire time as we sat with our young daughter...good thing she's only 8 months. It would have been on! Is this not pvt beach? And finally Day 8-forced to lose another day by the early checkout(again I know this is not unusual but if you're forced to lose a day on one end maybe should consider some leeway on the other). Anyway, maybe overly picky but we won't stay again due to checkin time alone.

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was nice and clean. Nice proximity to the beach. Main negative is the pool -- just too small for the amount of people that are staying. Also, I felt the pool, stairs and elevators weren't kept very clean. Wasn't gross, but kinda ick.
