• Your Dockside Dreams await you... Park right in front of the unit, no assigned spots, just easy access! Check-in is effortless with keyless entry, so you can settle in the moment you arrive.

• Inside, the full bathroom is to the right and features a stand-up shower, a marble sink with plenty of counter space, a large mirror, and a toilet, perfect for getting ready before a day on the boat or at the beach. Directly across from the bathroom, you’ll find a closet with hangers and space to store all your clothes and belongings for your stay.

• The studio’s open-concept layout maximizes natural light, creating a bright and welcoming space. Our kitchenette includes a fridge, induction cooktop, microwave, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, and a standard coffee pot and Keurig for coffee lovers. ***Please note: there is no oven or dishwasher.*** If you plan to cook during your trip, we encourage you to bring along any spices, condiments, & oils you may need as we do not provide any perishable or non-perishable items.

• Sleeping arrangements include a King-sized bed, and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Relax after a day of fun in the sun with the large Smart TV with provided standard cable.

• Step outside onto the cozy patio with two tables with seating for four and enjoy the refreshing bay breeze. Whether it’s morning coffee, planning your boat day, or evening cocktails, the patio is the perfect spot to unwind and make memories.

• The community offers a large pool with umbrellas and loungers, grills for cookouts by the water, and a small beach area by the docks for enjoying a quick dip in the bay, dock fishing or just relaxing by the water.

• Guests also have access to community laundry on the property.

• Bring your boat (up to 26 feet) and enjoy the included boat slip, putting you right on the water for endless fun. If you are utilizing the boat slip, please contact us ASAP to provide your insurance information and details on which slip is for your use.

PLEASE read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so we must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!



Guest Access:

• You’ll receive keyless entry instructions at 4PM CST on the day of your arrival for a smooth, hassle-free check-in.

• Please note this unit is in a shared building, not a standalone home.

• Community amenities, such as the pool and other shared spaces, are available for all guests and residents to enjoy.



The Neighborhood:

• Pirates' Bay Guest Chambers and Marina are located in the heart of Fort Walton Beach, just minutes away from a variety of dining, shopping, and local hotspots.

• You’ll be less than a mile from Liza Jackson Park (dog friendly!), 2.5 miles away from The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island, and 3 miles from John Beasley Park. There are multiple public beach access points along Okaloosa Island.

• You’ll be just 1 mile from Downtown Fort Walton Beach.

• You'll be within walking distance to Olive Garden, and a brisk walk to our local favorite Soi Bistro!

• You'll be 2 miles from Blue Dolphin Beachwalk and a 6 minute drive from Wild Willy’s Adventure Zone.



Getting Around:

• During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!

• Airport Distances:

Destin FL (VPS) - 10 miles

Panama City FL (ECP) - 60 miles

Pensacola FL (PNS) - 44 miles



Other Things to Note:

A few important things to keep in mind:

• Check in time is 4PM CST and checkout time is 10AM CST. These times are important to note, as we can not guarantee any flexibility in arrival or departure as it depends on many factors that are beyond our control (i.e. condition of the home at previous guest departure, maintenance needed, cleaning, guests departing or arriving the same day, seasonality, etc.)

• Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities (a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, & laundry soap).We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (Ziplocs, foil etc.) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items.

If you have a trip longer than 24 hours, or are coming with a larger group please plan ahead & bring any extra items you anticipate needing during your stay.

• All linens are provided for your stay. We do provide beach towels for guests to use poolside or at the beach, as we ask guests to please not use any white towels in these spaces. Any other beach/pool items are not provided or guaranteed.

• Trailer/RV/Box Truck/Watercraft parking is allowed in our community.

• Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, please book with accurate guest count for your stay and to ensure we’ve provided enough linens as well.

• Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10pm sharp. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.

• We do not host student groups/groups under age 25 at any time. If you book, and it is discovered that your group is under age 25, there will be immediate eviction with no refund provided.
