Dit toestel heeft alles en meer voor de perfecte strandvakantie. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf dit 5e verdieping appartement zal niet teleurstellen! Direct aan het strand gelegen, vrij uitzicht. Toegang tot het strand balkon vanaf de woonkamer.

    Het pand beschikt over 2 zwembaden aan het strand, een tennisbaan, een fitnessruimte, veel gratis parkeergelegenheid.


    Ervaar de schoonheid van de Smaragdkust vanuit dit heiligdom met één slaapkamer. Weids uitzicht van oost naar west!

    Al onze dagelijkse en wekelijkse gasten ontvangen het volgende gratis gastenpakket: 2 strandstoelen en parasol die voor u klaar staan op het strand (1 maart tot 31 oktober); 18 holes golf met 1/2 kar bij Shalimar Pointe Golf Club dagelijks; dagelijks één gratis pas voor een dolfijncruise van 2 uur, dagelijks één pas voor volwassenen om te snorkelen (april - oktober); nachtelijke filmverhuur, GRATIS internettoegang (de meeste draadloze eenheden).


    Gulf Dunes Condominiums ligt dicht bij de winkels en eetgelegenheden van Fort Walton en op slechts tien minuten van Destin. Wandel langs het strand naar de vispier of promenade van Okaloosa. Blijf bij ons en geniet van toegang tot twee strandzwembaden (één verwarmd november - maart), privéstrandoverloop, fitnessruimte, tennisbaan en een barbecueplek.

Excellent beach condo!

This condo was perfect for us and the location was great too. Right on the beach and not overcrowded even on the 4th of July. The unit was clean and exactly as described online with an incredible view. We were sad to leave and will definitely be coming back to stay here again.

It was extremely well taken care of, clean, and so quiet. Bedrooms was nice size and the baths rooms as well. Loved the roomy walk in showers in both bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with utensil's and ect to cook and clean with. Staff were nice, friendly and polite. Definitely a place to land for a week.

We intended to dine out, but the view was so beautiful we ordered a lot of take-out to enjoy the amazing view. The condo was clean and was ready for an early check-in. Our only suggestion is to replace the bedroom carpet with solid flooring such as tile or laminate. I feel that the carpet doesn't clean as well and isnt up to the same standards as the rest of the condo.

However, it would have been better if we did t have to drag these items along on vacation! Location was amazing! Condo was cleaner than others we’ve stayed at and that was important. Everything was as expected. Good value for the price for spring break.

Honeymoon

The beach access was wonderful and the pool area was clean. The only set back we had was the group that stayed over the weekend overtook not only the pool but the entire outdoor atmosphere after 6:30 each night with their party. It is clesrly posted in multiple areas that loud behavior is not permitted but three of our evenings were spent surrounded by a house party that involved multiple units below 514 and their ridiculously loud music. The world is rough and I don’t like to be a complainer but the signs do no good. Aside from this our stay was very enjoyable

We did encounter a few issues such as the bedroom has carpet and it smells of pet urine, backed up drains, and needs to be cleaned more throughly. I notified them and told them my concerns. They were quick to respond and offered to send maintenance for the drains. Hopefully they will make sure that the cleaners are properly cleaning the unit as well as convince the owner to remove the carpet and update the decor and such. As for the management group, they are awesome and we will book through them again. We were extremely happy with them from start to finish. They are a 5 star company.

If you like to cook instead of going out everynight it has all the utensels, pans and bowls you could need. Not just a spatula, 1 knife and a large spoon. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. The two free beach chairs are just amazing to have. All you have to do is pack a cooler and sunscreen and go. Let me say the the pictures of the view are why we chose this condo and they do not do it justice! You can sit on that private balcony and just stare at it forever. They customer service is amazing as well. We made a complete "duh" move after checking out and Jessica and MaryAnn were nothing less than amazing when helping us out! We highly recommend this company and condo!

Another Week in Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just stayed at Gulf Dunes #514 again this year. We've rented this unit several times. You have to book it well in advance, otherwise you may not get the dates you want. It is always clean and well maintained. The location is great. There are so many restaurants nearby so you don't have to cross over into the Destin chaos unless you just want to. I wish they did not allow smoking on the balconies though because invariably, we get a chain smoker beside us, below us or nearby which makes it difficult to enjoy sitting out on the balcony. That is our only complaint. I'm not sure if they have rules against smoking on the balconies but if they do, they are not enforced. Of course the rental agency has no control over this nor is this a reflection on the unit itself but it is annoying for vacationers that want to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean right in front of you.
