This inviting coastal vacation unit features:
• Comfortable living/dining space with floor to ceiling mirrors that reflect natural light and the ocean view throughout the living area. The large dining table seats 6, and there are 2 kitchen bar stools for extra seating.
• Updated, well-equipped kitchen has full-size refrigerator w/water and ice through the door, ceramic cooktop stove/oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and flex brew coffee maker. Everything is provided for you to prepare and serve meals.
• Primary bedroom, where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean view and surf sounds, has a comfortable king bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination.
• Second bedroom with two twin daybeds is adjacent to second full bathroom with walk-in shower.
• Sofa sleeper has a bed-quality, 8.5” pillow top queen mattress.
• Flat-screen TVs and DVD or VCR in living room and bedrooms, plus wireless internet provided.
• Washer/dryer in unit.
• Non-smoking, pet-free unit is located on the 7th floor and convenient to elevators.
• Two parking spaces are provided. Parking spaces for boats, trailers, or RVs are not available.
• Beach service included March 1st - October 31st. Each reservation includes one umbrella and two chairs. Two additional chairs and one umbrella are provided in the unit. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge from the beach vendor.

Island Echos is a private, family-friendly, gated community located on Okaloosa Island. Property amenities include:
• Seasonally heated Gulf front pool (usually January to mid-March).
• Picnic and barbeque area.
• Shuffleboard court, newly updated lighted tennis and pickleball courts.
• Fitness center.

Okaloosa Island has excellent restaurants, an ice cream parlor and miniature golf. Activities, such as the Gulfarium and fishing at the 1262-foot Island Pier with Wednesday 9 p.m. fireworks displays through the summer, are just a few minutes away. All the amenities of Fort Walton Beach and Destin are also only minutes away and include indoor/outdoor golf and several shopping outlets.

Hurricane Policy: If the state or local government orders a mandatory evacuation for the particular area where the property is located AND you don’t stay at the property, you will receive a full refund for the nights the mandatory evacuation order is in place. Any refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event is over. Please be advised that we cannot promptly respond to support tickets during times of emergency.



Other situations, like general State of Emergency, voluntary evacuations, canceled/delayed flights, changed travel plans including blocked roads in other areas of the Country or fear of travel, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

We suggest purchasing 3rd party travel insurance when you make the booking in order to be protected for unforeseen circumstances.
