Mis het niet! Als u op zoek bent naar betaalbare luxe, huur dan dit appartement als u ziet dat het open is! U zult genieten van de bijgewerkte sfeer van dit appartement, alle op maat gemaakte tegelwerk, aanrechtbladen en douches zullen u het leven laten leven tijdens uw verblijf in 4006 Islander !! Er is zoveel werk in dit appartement gestopt en de updates gaan door. Een pillow-top matras in de MASTER SLAAPKAMER is super comfortabel na een lange dag op het strand. Vanaf de privépatio die open staat voor zowel de woonkamer als de eetkamer / keuken, kunt u de activiteiten rondom het zwembad en het strand in de gaten houden. De GROTE vensters geven de zon in Florida voldoende ruimte om deze open lay-out in te gaan. Er is geen andere keus dan verbaasd te zijn wanneer u de zonsopkomsten en zonsondergangen van onze Gulf Coast uit eerste hand kunt ervaren vanaf een plek die u thuis kunt noemen. Zit op het BISTRO HEIGHT-meubilair op uw eigen balkon en geniet elke ochtend van uw koffie en geniet van wat VREDE en RUSTIGHEID. Dit is de beste manier om de ziel te kalmeren. Het directe uitzicht op het strand en de promenade vanaf 4006 geeft u de hoeveelheid verkeer die komt en gaat en hoe actief het strand is! Let op de strandstoelen - u krijgt een gratis setup bij uw verhuur, dus kijk ernaar uit om die twee stoelen en parasol voor u op het strand in de ochtenden klaar te zetten. MINDER TE LUG DOOR HET ZAND! Plus deze hete zon in Florida zal je laten zweten..de paraplu die bij de strandservice hoort, is echt een aanwinst!

Last minute 4th of July getaway

The unit was as advertised. We chose Ft. Walton Beach specifically to avoid the crowds you find at Destin during the 4th of July holiday. We were completely comfortable and enjoyed the beautiful beach just moments away from the condo. It was a nice surprise to get free umbrella and beach chairs for each day of our stay!

Pretty updates, but not everything was functional

The guest bed was terrible, we ended up having to go buy a pillow top mattress pad to make it bearable to sleep on & it was wobbly. Then, one night the bed completely broke when getting up to go to the restroom. The couple staying in the room is about to have a baby so she went sleep on the floor at 8 months pregnant since the sofa is meant for looks and not to actually be sat on since it’s so uncomfortable, not wide enough to sleep on, and there’s also no pull out bed. Brooks and Shorey came to our rescue and replaced the bed frame quickly but I hope the owners get an actual bed. Atleast 3 of the electrical outlets did not work but it was the broken outside one that was the most inconvenient.

Loved the view

We loved the view for sure !!! The space was nice and bathrooms roomy and plenty of towels. We could have used extra pillow cases for the other pillows as we like to use two each. We decided not to rent a car and just used Uber and Lyft, which ended up saving us a couple hundred $, as the rentals were so expensive. We would stay here again.

Rooms weren’t as clean, bed sheets on inside out. Elevators didn’t work the last couple of days. We left item(expensive) in room, upon realization we contacted Brooks and Shorey and was unable to be put in contact with cleaning crew or anyone to help retrieve the item.
