Vanaf een winderig balkon aan het strand kunt u niet alleen genieten van het levendige uitzicht, maar ook luisteren naar de rustgevende geluiden van de branding. De belangrijkste woonruimte heeft een extra grote lichte tegelvloer en een comfortabele queensize slaapbank voor extra gasten. Smaakvol bijpassende accentstoel en decoratieve kunst zorgen voor een prachtige Floridiaanse sfeer. Een knappe kast herbergt een brede tv. Koken voor het hele gezin is eenvoudig in de keuken, uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt om heerlijke maaltijden te bereiden. De slaapkamer suite is heel mooi met smaakvolle meubels, een queen size bed en directe toegang tot een complete badkamer. Een ander bad met inloopdouche uit de hal is erg handig, want er zijn twee stapelbedden genesteld uit de gang. Deze verhuur kan eigenlijk maximaal zes gasten slapen.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed at Pelican Isle before and have enjoyed it in the past but feel like it's slipping in cleaning and maintenance. When we went to use the blender the day after we got there the base was cracked and we couldn't use it. We borrowed a friend's from next door but then the shelf in the freezer cracked and when we went to use the dryer it smelled like something was burning. We called maintenance and someone came out but said nothing was wrong. There were not many dishes or things for cooking. Just seems like things have not been maintained.

I liked how it was in a quiet area but if you wanted to travel a few minutes down the road you could visit the tourist attractions but they weren’t right in our face. The sand library was amazing where there are boogie boards and toys available for visitor use. The maintenance people were all very helpful.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was nice and I have only minor comments/complaints: The toilet seats were loose, the blender was broken, the stove had two cooktop elements that did not work and the tv remotes were not completely functioning/partially broken. The patio sliding glass door was difficult to open/close, which was actually good in keeping our kids off the balcony. The bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. Other than that, we could tell it was pretty quickly cleaned prior to our stay. The entertainment center was moved away from the wall a bit and there were still piles of sand and dust in a few spots that did not get swept up.

Beautiful, clean condo! We loved the extra perk of having the beach chairs and umbrella! Our only issue was that most of the remotes for the 4 TVs we had in our condo didn’t have batteries.
