๐ถ Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a $95 fee applies for up to two dogs (no weight limit). For more than two pets, an additional pet fee will be charged. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please contact us in advance if you're traveling with pets.
๐ Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and other essentials are provided free of charge during your stay.
โ ๏ธ We provide a selection of basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. These items are not replenished, so you'll need to purchase additional supplies once they run out.
โ A security deposit may be required before your arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This deposit is processed as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided no issues arise.
โ Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Please be advised that the use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. The property owners and management do not assume any responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur. By using the pool, guests agree to abide by all safety rules and acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and at their own risk

๐๐ป Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
๐๐ป No unregistered guests are allowed in the unit or on the property without host permission.
๐๐ป No parties or events are permitted, and illegal activity is prohibited. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
๐๐ป No loud music. Please note there is a noise detection system (MINUT) installed on this property. Tampering with or removing this piece of equipment will result in a $200 fee and immediate removal from the unit.
๐๐ป No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
