Water's Edge ligt op slechts enkele minuten van Downtown Destin. Dit platina beoordeeld derde verdieping golf-front appartement met een ongelooflijk uitzicht op de Golf is gewoon prachtig! Uw nieuwe favoriete vakantiehuis is gelegen in een van de nieuwste en best beoordeelde resortcomplexen van Okaloosa Island, Waters Edge.

Unit 313 bevindt zich 3 verdiepingen boven het prachtige zeegezicht van de oceaan, het strand en de natuurlijke duinen. Vanaf uw balkon heeft u ook uitzicht op het prachtige zwembad.

Hoewel Destin en zijn vele bezienswaardigheden op slechts een klein eindje rijden liggen, is dit stuk Powder White Beach veel privéer. U zult genieten van uw ruimte in het zand zonder alle drukte en lawaai.

Dit is een 'NIET-ROKERS'-eenheid voor zes personen. Dit appartement is ingericht met een queensize bed in een slaapkamer, een handige uittrekbare slaapbank in de woonkamer en 2 halbedden. Twee smaakvol ingerichte badkamers, wasmachine en droger, en een goed uitgeruste keuken met prachtige granieten werkbladen dragen bij aan het comfort van uw thuis weg van huis.

Stap uit op uw eigen balkon en kijk hoe de dolfijnen spelen, geniet van een snelle training in de centraal gelegen fitnessruimte van het complex, lounge rond het grootste golffront zwembad in de omgeving of maak een wandeling van een minuut naar het witte zandstrand van Fort Walton .

Ft Walton Beach Fall 2024

Had a wonderful time with family and got to meet some new friends. Condo was pretty good. The floors were a little dirty. refrigerator froze up, but we unplugged it and the repair man came in. It was fixed the next day had a problem with the sink draining correctly and that was on a Sunday and the repair man came Monday and fixed it. Very nice guy and very proficient at his job, I can say the staff at the rental company was very helpful with the repairs. View from condo is beautiful of the pool and the beach. beach chairs were very nice to have with the umbrella included . Would probably rent a larger condo for our family next time.

Perfect location

This is the fourth year we have stayed in this condo and we will be booking again. The location is perfect. The third floor gives easy access to the walkway and elevators. The balcony is perfect for watching dolphin. And Waters Edge is so convenient to everything!

The place was great. The workers were not friendly. Maintenance just said they didn’t know and acted like they did not have time for questions. The chair attendant at the beach was also very rude. We stayed our group of 15 there for not only the location but knowing we had beach service. This was the least pleasant part of the trip. We wanted to spend time at the ocean and every time we asked for chairs all he would say is it is$48.00 a day. Chair device was to be included. I have cancer so it was hard to enjoy the ocean

Week before Memorial Day

It was a wonderful week with perfect weather every day! The condo definitely needs some updating. The bed was very uncomfortable and way too big for the room. The coffee pot was old and took forever to brew. The choice of the glass table top coffee table is almost dangerous. It is way too big for the room and where it is placed. Sunset Resort Rentals is really easy to deal with and everyone we talked with was very nice.

Great condo, amazing view, perfect location!

This condo is just right!! It’s clean with all the rental necessities. The view is amazing. The rental company is extremely responsive. The location is perfect giving super easy beach or pool access to flex with the fam and the weather. Pool doesn’t have shade but is very big with kiddie section so very comfortable and convenient overall. Local restaurants were great. Minutes to the Gulf Island Nature park for a whole new beach experience. Definitely will return to 313! Traveled with teen and two under 10. Everyone was happy :)

AMAZING STAY!!

The property is beautiful just like the listing shows! The view, the pool, and the beach was so beautiful!! The condo was equipped and fully stocked with every thing we needed!!! The host/property manager assisted me with any questions I had!! I could walk directly from the parking deck to the front door of the condo which was lovely!! This will always be my place of choice for Destin/Fort Walton area!

I understood this to be a no pet property which was essential as I have severe allergies. But as soon as I entered the condo I immediately started to sneeze and have trouble breathing. It took several hours to figure out why. We found dog hair on the furniture. And on the balcony we saw large discolored stains with the addition of dog poop under the chairs. I took pictures for documentation. We called to report the issue and someone who lived in Georgia answered the phone. She apologized and told me someone would be over to place an air purifier, and change out the linens as well as clean the balcony. I then asked if someone could vacuum off the furniture as well. Housekeeping did show up in a timely manner and cleaned the balcony and changed linen. But did not vacuum the hair from the furniture and had no access to an air purifier and did not know anywhere to get one. In addition, when they changed the linen, the remote for the master bedroom was removed with the dirty linen and although we called as soon as we realized it we did not receive a replacement until the next day. Also, if security by the pool is important to you, the lock that leads to the pool was broken sometime on Wednesday and was not replaced until Friday so access to that area was not secure during that time and the door was propped open. We did stay in this exact location last year and enjoyed it very much. The location is excellent. However, we will not be back. 7/16/22 to 7/23/22

We loved our family beach vacation at Water’s Edge! My teenage children loved the pool and the beach. The third floor was perfect with parking attached. Everything was clean and we had anything we would need. Thank you!

Wonderful ocean views

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very clean and well kept. The room in its self was just perfect and it wasn’t but a short distance to get to pool or beach. I loved the covered level garage so we could just walk out to our car from the room. The only issue we had was that you can’t have floaties in the pool, not even younger children. I was asked to take away my small child’s float who isn’t able to swim yet. It was just a small ring kids floatie, which took up very little room in pool. Pool also doesn’t open until 9 am and a lot of mornings they are not done cleaning it until after 9 so you have to wait to get in pool. They have very nice people who are around all the time cleaning or maintaining the property. We only encountered one unpleasant worker there, the rest were so wonderful!

Pool was so nice and big but No umbrellas in the pool area and no shade. Makes it hard when you have small ones. And they turned the heater off in the pool so was a little cold for the adults. The pool next door had their heater on and it was perfect. They need to leave the pool heater on until Memorial Day.

Perfect!

This was a fabulous property exactly as described! The location was perfect, and we were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to park and walk right in to the condo. The balcony was our favorite place to be-next to the beach of course! And the pool was huge and very clean. FYI we were planning on a dolphin cruise but ended up cancelling because we saw so many dolphins from the balcony. It was a great trip with excellent weather every day. We recommend a trip to the pier as we saw many sea turtles, sharks, dolphins and more. Until next year!

Great location

Wonderful location with great beach access. The view is breathtaking. Condo has all the very basic needs. If you are preparing to cook meals, bring anything and everything with you to store the meals. Nice selection of pots, pans, plates and silverware but nothing for storage to hold your food. Plan on bringing toilet paper, paper towels, any and all essentials including salt, pepper etc...I bought dish soap which I left behind. You'll get a very simple starter roll of everything and powdered generic detergent which we didn't use. Washer and dryer very tiny so unless you plan on doing multiple loads of laundry, pack a little heavier. Bed was rough. While it was recently "replaced" sadly it was like sleeping on cement. We woke up sore each morning. Also, plan to wake up very early each morning to stalk the beach chairs and umbrellas to claim a spot for the day, otherwise you'll be in for a surprise. That was a bit aggravating. All in all, we had a good time though and you can't beat the view and location. The groundskeepers work very hard to keep everything clean and beautiful. The check in and out process was flawless.

We enjoyed our time very much in this unit. Clean and amenities just right.

Unit 313 had a beautiful view and was clean. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable as it was a King Size and seemed newly replaced. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and slept well. Both TVs in the unit was updated recently and easy to use. The unit also had 2 different coffee makers Regular and Keurig Pods. Appliances in unit was also newer. The view of the Gulf was very nice and furniture on the deck was also very nice. The check in and out process was easy while management company contacted us within an hour of issue we had with internet in which was easy fix. Only thing that I would say needs done is living room space furniture and decor needs update or modernized but that would not stop us from staying in this unit again. Good unit for the price and what we paid for at a beautiful beach.
