Plan een bezoek aan het strand en verblijf in Sea Oats. twee slaapkamers Sea Oats # 610 gelegen aan Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, biedt u een grote ontsnapping naar het strand. Geniet van een gedeeltelijk uitzicht op de Golf, terwijl ontspannen op uw eigen balkon.
Gedecoreerd in tropische rijke kleuren. Ruime unit !! Grote open plattegrond! Master gastheren een king size bed met een televisie. Grote eigen badkamer. Tweede slaapkamer gastheren een Quenn size bed en een televisie. Woongedeelte bevindt zich een tweepersoons slaapbank met een weids uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico. Grote ruime balkon. Wasruimte met full size wasmachine en droger.
Strandservice inbegrepen (1 maart - 31 oktober) Draadloos internet geboden !!
Er zijn in totaal 116 parkeerplaatsen en vijf daarvan zijn handicap. Er is genoeg ruimte voor één auto per eenheid en een kleine overloop voor gasten. Er is geen gegarandeerde parkeerruimte voorbij die plaatsen. Geen boten, campers of trailers zijn toegestaan tijdens het huurseizoen, dat lente en zomer is. Parkeerplaatsen zijn alleen beschikbaar voor eigenaren en geregistreerde Sea Oats-gasten. Overtreders kunnen worden gesleept op kosten van de eigenaar van het voertuig.
Ik ga de extra mijl om ervoor te zorgen dat u comfortabel. Veel kussens op elk bed, samen met extra bladen indien nodig. Voldoende handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Extra papieren handdoeken, toiletpapier, schoonmaakmiddelen, wasmiddel worden verstrekt. Ik geef zelfs een paar spelletjes, boeken, films en game-stick voor de kinderen. Ik heb ook strandlakens (6) en een paar strand speelgoed. Het enige dat je hoeft mee te nemen is eten en kleding en je bent klaar.

Huuritems: We hebben een gloednieuwe pontonboot exclusief voor onze gasten, alleen te huur en babyspullen, misc. Items, strandspullen, paddleboard, fietsen en kajak om uw vakantie de beste ervaring ooit te maken. Reserveer op voorhand, want we hebben een beperkt aantal artikelen voor onze gasten.

The property was your basic condo turn & burn reserved style, but it was clean and on the beach. You can walk to a few different seafood highly recommended restraunts and a mini golf with ice cream. When it comes to the condo we reserved, it was outdated, but clean. The issues we had were minor such as missing an aerator on one of the bathroom faucets, toilet seats were completely loose, no ironing pad on ironing board, stove took a while to heat up. The couple things we didn't like was the fact we brought the issues to the rental company and they did come fix the toilet seat, but didn't get an ironing pad and they fixed the aerator in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the aerator was not remediated because the maintenance team decided to just take the current aerator out of the other bathroom and to put it on the one bathroom faucet that did not have one. To me, this was unprofessional and lazy. Also, the faucet handle for the one of the showers fell off in our hands. This unit is nice and just needs some updating with tightening up furniture legs, maybe bathroom and kitchen maintenance with new handles and all aerators installed.

Dance Competition Trip

Unfortunately things have turned ugly with us and the property management team. I’d hope to resolve things in a professional manner but they have come after me in a review. I had not planned on posting this, but I ended up with bed bug bites all over me. Legs, back, neck. This was confirmed by the doctors office today. I sent the property management an email with pictures to make them aware and was not mean or nasty in any way. I thought it was important to make them aware as I am sure new guests are arriving. We felt that we went above the cleaning expectations by doing two loads of towels prior to checking out that morning and even folded up the clean beach towels and placed them back in the basket. We understand how short staffed these places can be so it’s nice to be extra helpful. I’ve never posted a negative review online before and I understand that these can happen wherever you travel but it’s important to address things like this professionally. They are too many options when it comes to renting condos so my suggestion would be to really do your research as best you can, including reading reviews

The property was as described and a short walk out the gate to the beach. We had an issue with the tv when we arrived and they replaced it the next day. We also rented their pontoon and it was a nice boat. All in all a nice stay. If we come back we would stay with the owner again.

Perfect Short Stay

My family and I stayed 3 nights. We loved it. Everything was as described and the pictures were accurate. Our 5 year old LOVED the short distance to the beach and pool and our 18 year old enjoyed her own room and bathroom. The kitchen had every cooking utensil you could need and the beach towels and availability of the beach chairs were great. Note: if you plan to buy groceries and cook, remember salt and pepper and any other seasoning as there is none provided and we forgot. :) We had a great stay and will definitely book again.

Great Vacation

Location was great and the beach and beach access were perfect. Hot tub was inaccessible one day with no sign so we aren’t sure why. Pool didn't feel heated. Unit smelled like smoke when we checked in and parking passes weren't in the room. Room didn't seem clean. Attention to detail was just missing-for example-a very rusty 3m hook in the shower that should be removed. Master bed needs to be replaced. They came quickly to deliver passes and a smoke spray, though. Communication was great-very fast responses.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I even brought extra paper towels and toilet paper. We never needed to use what I brought. The only thing we ended up using was the laundry detergent I brought. Everything else was provided for us. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location & condo amenities! Beach chairs & umbrella came with unit too!

The condo was very clean and well stocked! Tons of dishes & towels, comfortable beds & sofa. Great view of the ocean given the condo is on the side of the building. The pool was very well maintained & clean! And outdoor shower on property for coming back from the beach was a huge plus. My only complaint was the dryer took FOREVER to dry anything. The property is within walking distance of a restaurant that has live music, an ice cream shoppe, gas station & liquor store. Management was very responsive.
