Seaspray Condos - 214B

One Queen bed, as well as one Full bed with Twin Bunk Bed on top, in the bedroom upstairs and a Sleeper Sofa in the living room sleep up to 6 people. There is a 50" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a DVD player, radio/CD player/tape deck combo, blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs and declawed cats only. Owner requested no pets allowed on the sofas. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)
