The apartment features one bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a cozy living room with a pull out queen sofa bed, Smart TV and electric fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for relaxing after a day on the water. Free on-site parking is included, with plenty of room for boats and trailers. Conveniently located at the entrance to the Mt. Etna Boat Ramp at Salamonie Reservoir, it`s the perfect home base for boating, fishing, hunting, hiking, or simply enjoying the outdoors.

Guests have private access to the entire East apartment, including two bedrooms, one bathroom, the living room, kitchen, dining area, and private entrance. Free on-site parking is available, with ample space for boats, trailers, and oversized vehicles. During your stay, you`re also welcome to enjoy the amenities at Dry Dock Campground & Storage. Please note that the neighboring West apartment is a separate vacation rental, so we ask all guests to be respectful of shared parking areas and quiet hours.

Only registered guests are permitted unless approved in advance.
Pets are not allowed unless approved prior to booking.
Please respect neighboring apartment and keep outdoor noise to a minimum.
Boats and trailers are welcome—please park only in designated areas.
Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
Before checking out, Load and start washing machine with all towels, load and start the dishwasher (if used), dispose of trash in the outdoor bins, and lock all doors and windows.
Turn off lights and set the thermostat to a reasonable temperature before departure.
