Not sure if this is really a hotel as the layout doesn’t work. We stayed in the Emperor Room and were very surprised when told that our private bathroom was across the common hallway from our room, and that it could not be locked by us from the outside. So, we couldn’t leave anything in there, anyone could have used it, and in the middle of the night you have to leave your room to go to the toilet. Also, I can’t stand small dining rooms where your conversation is overheard by the next table. It felt more like staying at someone’s house because there was no privacy. Great spa! Very good food. The garden igloos were 50 euro to hire to eat in so nobody used them. They should make them free. All in all nice but wouldn’t do it again.
