'The location to the Kimball Museum in the Fort Worth Cultural Arts District was ideal. The staff were friendly and beyond accommodating. The decor was on point and the art collection unrivaled . Snaps to Marianna our Art Concierge for the comprehensive and enjoyable Art tour of the Hotels Collection. The food scene at Emilies and surrounding restaurants was not to be missed. This will be my go-to destination stay for all things Fort Wort and surrounding areas.'

'We had no hot water in our room, the hot tub wasn't working, everything looked like it was run down. Everyone working there was very nice but the property itself needs a lot of work.'

'We were attending a tradeshow and checked in late the first night. The room smelled ok but when I went to place trash in the can under the sink if was full of trash from the previous occupants including left over Canes and coffee grounds.. I called the front desk (Justin) and he said he would leave a note to have it done. The microwave was dirty with leftover splatters.
