Welcome to your relaxing home away from home in a safe, established Mansfield neighborhood. Designed for comfort and livability, the home features a stylishly simple design with a calming cream and earth-tone palette. Our fully stocked kitchen has everything a home chef could need! Each room is private with only one bed, ideal for mid-term rentals, corporate housing, traveling nurses, and renovation or insurance accommodations, you'll feel right at home whether staying 30 days or 12 months!

Living Area: Enjoy an open living and dining space that is great for groups spending time together. The living room features a 75-inch flat-screen TV and a couch big enough to sleep on.
Dining: A dedicated dining area provides space for 8 people.
Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen is ideal for everyday cooking needs and features a vent hood and new appliances. It includes a French door fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove top, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, deep kitchen sink, and cookware.
Home Theater: A dedicated home theater is located in the garage, complete with a projector system and a pull-out couch.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
All three bedrooms are private and feature large windows for natural light. Designed for your comfort, the rooms are not crammed with beds like other rentals, offering only one bed per room.
Primary Suite: This spacious master suite features a King bed, a 65-inch flat-screen TV, a private desk and workspace, an electric fireplace, and an oversized full-height mirror. The attached full bathroom includes a garden/soaking tub, a double large vanity, a walk-in closet, and a stand-up shower.
Secondary & Third Suites: Both of these bedrooms feature a Queen bed and convenient closet access.
Guest Bathroom: A second full bathroom is located in the hallway next to the two Queen bedrooms and offers a combination shower and tub.

Amenities & Accessibility
Check-in & Accessibility: The home offers secured self check-in, and custom codes are changed between each guest. This is a one-story house with no stairs, though guests should note it has a steep driveway.
Parking: Guests have ample parking, with space for 4 cars in the driveway and two on the front curb.
Laundry: A dedicated ground-floor laundry room includes a free electric washer and dryer.
Outdoor Space: Enjoy a private backyard that is fully fenced.
Pet Policy: The home is pet friendly, welcoming up to two pets (additional cleaning fees may apply).Safety: The property is equipped with cameras and CO2/fire alarms for your peace of mind.

Nearby Cities: Enjoy convenient access to Fort Worth and Arlington, both just a 25-minute drive away. Dallas is also accessible, located just 45 minutes away.

All spaces within the home are accessible to the guests except the backyard storage shed, master supply closet, and any attics/crawl spaces. Our home includes on-site parking via the driveway, which can accommodate 2-4 vehicles. The city only permits street parking in front of our home, DO NOT park in front of our neighbors. Our garage is used as a theater room and should not be used for parking.

Our home is yours during your stay but we're here to help! I am not available in person but my property manager Josh or his staff are available during business hours at your request.
