I was staying for 5 days, the first 3 days I was without shower gel, I requested on several occasions to be able to bathe with soap and not shampoo, finally my last 2 days they deigned to place shower gel, the last night as if that were not enough I had no service The room was as I left it in the morning, a real mess, the House Kipping departmen is a real desaster

I am aware these are situational, but while there there were 3 elevators with only one working. Kids from a local convention running all over the place. They set off fire alarms, ran up and down the halls and played with the elevator(s) to make it even more difficult. Beyond that, water was shut off a few hours and the lobby restroom door was always locked

The elevator was not working properly and had to wait a while to finally get one to come down at time of checkout. I think also what caused the back up was that there was a baseball team also departing so it was busy. I’m sure it was worked out.

We have stayed at the Ft Worth Hilton every year for past 10 years during the stockshow. We love their staff kindness, atmosphere and the beds are super comfortable.

The hotel was very nice in the lobby. Once we got to our room it was outdated and the beds were uncomfortable. Also parking we had to walk 2 blocks and pay or pay to valet.

Booked here specifically because it was the last place JFK stayed. The hotel has lots of history from that fateful day. Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean. I always do an inspection and wipe stuff down and was impressed. Staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet was great for the price. Will stay again when in town.

Don't waste your money
The valet service is excellent. The check in staff are very nice. The location was perfect. This is an older hotel so you expect some things to look worn however I did not expect the room to be so run down. The toilet was stained and yellow looking. There were rust stains running down the shower wall into the tub from the handrail. The sink was cracked. The extraction fan in the bathroom didn't work. Pull back the sheets and you'll see how dirty the underlying covers are. Room service, while fast, wasn't delivered on a tray as is the standard, it was delivered in two brown paper bags with our tea in to go cups. All in all, not impressed and will not stay there again.

Nice hotel, nice clean room, valet parking guys were fantastic. Front desk was a little lack-luster. Asked for a wake up call that never came. Also, the in-house little convience store was nice and convenient, but pricy and the turkey/swiss sandwich doesn't come with swiss lol. Otherwise, nice place.

Room wasn’t clean. Head board of bed had oily residual on it and it was gross looking. The elevator was a death trap that would give you basically motion sickness with how it moved.
