'I had the best experience here I accidentally left my phone and didn’t realize until I had been gone about an hour and they had already put it aside and held it for me till i could get back there to pick it up! The staff were amazing!!!'

'The place was very clean no trouble with anyone.Over all very good just don't go during the summer it's very hot in Yuma.I made the mistake of going now i had no I idea it was going to be that hot.But the EC was working great no trouble great air conditioning in my room. But if you like the heat then no problem 😊. But I will come back during the winter for sure.'

'After a long day of travel, I arrived at the hotel at 10:45 p.m. The room temperature was a stifling 85-90 degrees. I inquired about the reason for the high temperature, and the front desk informed me that due to low occupancy, they had turned off the air conditioning. I asked if there was a cooler room available, but unfortunately, they had none. Exhausted and frustrated, I decided to end the conversation.'

'This little, older motel property is a delightful treasure! The location just off 4th in Yuma was very convenient. Lots of nearby restaurants. Their price is so affordable and the room with great amenities was an unexpected treat on my trip across AZ! The pool and pool patio area were sparkling clean. Their staff was courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend this motel!'

'There is historic and there is just run down. This was just run down. We had stayed here a few years back and was fine but this time there was Black mold in shower. Advertised free breakfast, this was no longer offered. Hair dryer did not work. Walls were filthy and in need of paint. We were supposedly given a free upgrade when we checked in. I wonder what we would have received if we had not of gotten an upgrade? We do not recommend staying here again.'

'The room was attractive, quiet and comfortable. The common areas were inviting and nicely decorated. I chose the hotel because I didn’t want to go out to eat. For dinner, they were out of 3 things I tried to order. For breakfast. I was seated at a dirty table. I told the server, she said she she didn’t have time to clean it, even though there was only one other person in the restaurant. I tried to order 2 things. They were out of both Although I enjoyed the hotel, I left disappointed'
