Unique Location: Nestled in the greenery of Rocca San Giovanni, one of Italy's most beautiful villages, this house is a rare gem where nature and history meet. The house tells the story of a family that, for generations, has lived and loved these lands. Between its walls echo the laughter of children and grandchildren, while outside, the scent of century-old olive trees and the typical Abruzzo greenery will make you feel at home immediately. It will not be rare to meet the owners, who live on the upper floor: their kindness and smile will make you feel welcomed from the very first moment.



Exterior and Parking: From the external garden, you can enjoy a unique panorama, with the Adriatic Sea on one side and the majestic Abruzzo mountains on the other. Here you can also park your car in total safety as the house is completely fenced. We advise against bringing your pet as it might come into contact with the four-legged inhabitants living in the surrounding houses.



Tailored Comfort: The structure is perfect for 6 people and consists of:

Entrance with relaxation area;

Fully equipped kitchen with long dining table

3 Double bedrooms

2 Bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub.
