'I had a wonderful stay at this property and cannot recommend it enough! The location was absolutely perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Rome's iconic sights, local restaurants, and cafes. The room itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. After a long day of walking around the city, it was the perfect peaceful retreat to come back to. A special thank you to the host, who were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and provided great local recommendations that...

'Although this isn’t an hotel with an hotel lobby, we didn’t lack of anything. Host Luca is a very friendly and he is so helpful. Clear instructions and many tips for Garbatella and surroundings. Halfway our stay, he checked in with us, if we were happy and needed anything. The room was very clean and modern and had all that we needed. The shared kitchen also was complete with everything you could need. Metro and busstop within minutes of walking (Colosseo 3 stops away). Supermarket and best...

'The room was very clean, staffs are friendly and breakfast is excellent. The hotel is near a metro station and a bus stop.'

'We had a wonderful stay. Maurizio - host was an incredibly helpful host who welcomed us on arrival and personally showed us to our room. The room was perfect for two adults and had everything we needed, including air conditioning, a smart TV with Netflix, and all the essential bathroom amenities. The shared kitchen was a lovely bonus, offering still and sparkling drinking water, an excellent coffee machine, milk, and breakfast supplies. Everything was spotless, and we felt very safe throughout...

'we had a wonderful time at saint suites!!! the hosts were very helpful and had a list of places to eat in the area when we asked. check-in was also very smooth and easy to navigate and there was plenty of transport options nearby! room had everything we needed, and even though it was on the 6th floor there was an old school lift to take you up!'

'Great'

'Close to public transport. The place was spotless.'

'Avoid, doesn't look like the listing, much smaller and the walls are paper thin, we got disturbed at midnight till the early hours with the room across the hall. There is no privacy and the room is not clean. No check in staff and told to communicate over WhatsApps. Unhelpful and rude staff over the phone and constantly demanding payment without any notice.'

'Amazing place to stay and the hosts were very helpful and kind. Grateful that we got to stay there!'
