'Breakfast was very good! Some staff at front desk were rude and inconsiderate! Our grandson suffers from traumatic anxiety and had a bed accident! Our daughter went to front desk at 3 am to get dry sheets and mattress cover! She said all she had was sheet and housekeeping would be in at 8! Now I am not stupid if you are the night manager you have access to whatever you need. She was just lazy, rude and didn’t want to bother! 'Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Every room in our group had issues, including clogged toilets, showers that did not drain properly, and sinks where the water would barely go down. The rooms also looked dirty and poorly maintained, and even the towels did not appear to be properly cleaned.
These are basic cleanliness and maintenance standards that any hotel should meet, regardless of its price or rating. It was unpleasant and frustrating to experience the same problems across...

'This was the perfect location. Close to restaurants, shopping and the covered bridge. The room was big and comfortable and it felt more like an apartment rather than a "hotel" room. Check-in was so easy as was the access to our room and parking. We will absolutely be back again in the spring to visit our daughter at Milligan University.'

'There's a specific room that I go to every single time, and the head of the bed frame faces towards where the sun rises and the moon rises. I get amazing rest with positive dreams i believe 100% if you're looking for an affordable place this is a good place to get rest, You have many restaurants and places to go to nearby and lovely attractions like Elk River Falls. I am a non-smoker but this place does have smoking rooms as well as pet friendly.'
