'Met name de lokatie van het hotel in het centrum van Petaluma was perfect. Ook het feit dat het wat ouder was maakte het tot een welkome afwisseling van de meer gangbare hotelketens. Ondanks dat was het schoon en netjes. Enige minpuntje is de wat norse receptie. Een glimlach en een 'have a good trip' zouden wonderen doen. '

'We had a great 3-night stay here. Very clean property with huge rooms (booked the suite for the 5 of us). Staff is excellent, especially Judy and Flynn at reception who went out of their way to help us with all of our ferry-questions. Decent breakfast, continuously restocked. Close to Larkspur ferry that takes you to San Francisco ferry building. If we're ever in the area again there's no doubt that we'll be staying here again. Tip for lunch or dinner: go to "Local Kitchens" at 880 De Long AV,...

'Het hotel ziet er beter uit op de foto's dan in het echt. Het hotel werd verbouwd tijdens ons verblijf waardoor we voor het ontbijt naar het naastgelegen hotel moesten lopen. Het zwembad was vrij klein en werd in de loop van de week steeds viezer. De schoonmaak in het hotel was wisselend en viel wat tegen. De ligging van het hotel is prima om zowel San Francisco en Napa te bezoeken maar de directe omgeving is vrij saai.'

'I had seen several negative reviews mentioning a lack of cleanliness, but we didn't find this to be the case. Both our room and the lobby area were clean. The decor and landscaping in the lobby and adjacent courtyard were very nice. There was also a complimentary wine tasting. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!'
