'De kamer was in zeer oude staat. Gebrek aan onderhoud. Kasten waren stuk, badkamer plafond zat onder losse verf. In de badkamer hoorde je de mensen praten van het ontbijt en de tosti lucht kwam ook door de ventilatierooster. Ontbijt was zeer karig, heel weinig keus en elke dag het zelfde. Alleen de bedden waren oke.'

'Hotel bien situé 2 2mn du path pour rejoindre new york, il manquait pas mal d'équipements dans la chambre on avait qu’une chaise alors qu’on était 3 la machine à café est de très mauvaise qualité, au niveau couverts il manquait des fourchette et des cuillères, en fait au niveau équipement il manquait tout , si vous utilisez la chambre juste pour dormir c’est très bien, maintenant si vous décidez d'y manger, vérifiez l'équipement'

'This place is perfect for the intrepid, seasoned traveler who is flexible and has a tolerance for change or very small curveballs. I was in town, traveling solo, to see some concerts, so it was just what I was looking for. It is in the heart of Little India and the food choices were over-the-top wonderful with many vendors open until 3am.'

'Bezoek aan New York. Kamer is niet groot maar je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt. Ontbijt is goed. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Path station Newport (metro) naar New York ongeveer 10 min lopen. Met een klein half uurtje sta je op 33th street of het WTC.'

'De ligging is top. Vanaf restaurant heb je een fantastisch uitzicht op Manhattan. Met de Path metto sta je binnen een kwartier in hartje Manhattan. Locatie is ook relatief rustig. Geen sirenes door de stad of drukke mensenmassa’s. Omgeving is ook erg veilig. Het ontbijt is erg beperkt in keuze en elke dag het zelfde.'

'Prima ruim en schoon apartement.nieuwe handdoeken op aanvraag. Fitness aanwezig. vriendelijke ontvangst. op 10 of 15 min lopen vanaf path trein..op 5 min van drankwinkel. Koffer mag je bij vertrek daar laten totdat je vertrekt'

'The parking lot was overflow for the airport so it was near impossible to park. There were people smoking drinking and partying in the parking lot. It smelt terrible, rooms and hotel were very dirty. Very loud and could not sleep.'

'We’ve traveled for years with me making reservations in my name/e-mail and using my husband CC to pay, with NO issues! This was not allowed when we checked into this location! My only option was to give them a CC with my name on it or my husband would have to come in and all information would have to be changed into to his name. The employee made it clear how inconvenient it was for him to change everything. When I asked for the extra bedding and towels he failed to give it all to me. Had...

'From arrival to check out the W staff were helpful welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful with a great view. We enjoyed all the W had to offer. The location was close to restaurants and shopping and was located along the Hudson River. A great place to go for a walk and enjoy the views of NYC. This was a return visit and we will be back.'

'The customer service by the staff is consistently of a high standard. The porters and storage staffare especially helpful and knowlegeable. The hotel is very conveniently located with decent amenities.'
