'My room was moved to a "pet friendly room". I was ok with that until I went in the room. Pet friendly rooms should have a bordered platform under the box spring so cats cannot get under there. The material under the boxsprings were torn and half of it laid on the floor. Looked very tacky. Before I brought my cat in I looked under the beds with a flashlight. 'Hotel has a good location, but, unfortunately, the reviews online are a bit inaccurate given our experience. The hotel was very dirty-including the elevator- and needed sweeping and vacuuming. In addition, there was a horrible smell and the bathroom was not clean as well. I hate to leave a review like this one, but avoid this hotel if at all possible. '

'We stay at Ka Quinta hotels when we travel. The one in East Ridge (Chattanooga) TN is really nice. The one in Powell Tn not so good. Microwave did not work, the refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug it. The breakfast no where near as good as East Ridge. '
